Carl came out the very next day to take a look and provide an estimate, which I really appreciated given my timeline. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. Carl did a great job replacing my gas furnace and installing a new AC unit. I am very pleased with his work. Everything went well, he is easy to communicate and patient with all my questions and concerns.

Carl and Max were great and very professional. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up everything! My furnace heats our house better than it ever has (we’ve lived here 20 years) and you can’t beat their prices. It does take a bit to get scheduled since it is a small company but it is well worth the wait!

I received multiple bids for a residential geothermal heating and cooling system with radiant floor heating. Carl told me this would be his first geothermal system installation but assured me that he and his crew would figure it out and see it through. I decided to go ahead with Project Solutions because the other bids came from far away or were near retirement and I wanted someone who would know the system and be available to maintain it. (Two of the other contractors who bid had been over to my house previously to service the geothermal system and were not particularly helpful. ) Carl and his crew were extremely professional and kept me updated on their progress and any issues which they promptly resolved. It’s reassuring to know that the job was done right. Not only do I now have a reliable HVAC company but I also have an equally reliable electrician welder and plumber who are local that were also part of the crew. I feel like I can confidently recommend Project Solutions to anyone looking. The system has been operating perfectly for almost two months in both heating and cooling modes.

Technician arrived on time, was super polite and nice, and solved my issue very quickly for a great price! I was very happy with the service and highly recommend them.

He was extremely professional! Completely went out of his way to make sure the furnace would work (had to go get a different thermostat!) especially sense our rental people kept us without heat for over a month! He was quick and did a very good job! Everything looks great and works great! He even took time to show me how to run the new thermostat so that I could show my wife how to use it too without needing to read a manual! I would recommend this company to ANYONE who needs great professional work done! He didn’t leave any trash or mess behind and respected our space! Thank You Karl for getting our heat back and running for our 4 kiddos this winter!
