We recently started this house on #SiestaKey. We've started our exterior work with everything "under roof" finished. As we wait for the stucco to cure and the wood siding installation we have completed the interior prep work and priming, the most important aspect of our work so that the paint sticks, and lasts for years to come. After the homeowner selects from their color samples we'll move on to the fun part when everything starts looking good. Getting that first coat of paint up is the beginning of the completion, where cabinets start going in, trim and doors get done and the house really starts to feel like a home.
