Horrible customer service I don't understand why literally they had a technical difficulty and it's costing me over $40,000 in a vehicle and then this disrespectful woman wants to get on the phone and not do her job at all very unreasonable did not do any research or background check about anything it's crazy you spend thousands of dollars to cover vehicles and they can smell the find the smallest niche and try not to submit your claim if I were you I would go to a better insurance agency rather than these guys it's always a thin line in between make sure you look at small print
