Prodigy has been great from the very beginning of a long reconstruction project, which included replacing our entire HVAC system and a large portion of our existing ductwork. In addition to their work, Prodigy proactively identified, assisted with, and corrected issues created by other incompetent contractors (some at their own expense). Everyone I have dealt with at Prodigy over the course of two years has been nothing but helpful, friendly, honest, and reliable. Although not without mishap on our project, Prodigy immediately assumed responsibility without question and made things right, which is a rarity these days. I would not hesitate to utilize Prodigy again (in fact, they are the only HVAC company I will call, I trust them that much) and would happily recommend them to others. Customer for life.
