The service was excellent, I had the pleasure meeting all the staff members. They staff members were very friendly. Ms. Angela was the most sweetest person here at the shop. She went above and beyond services. Any questions I had she resolved them right away. I really appreciate everyone here at shop. They're all are very friendly and kind. I will tell everyone that I know to stop by her first before taking your vehicle anywhere else. Thanks again Ms.Angela for you help.😍😘❣️💞💓

Angela and the rest of the team were very knowledgeable and kind. My car was totaled out based on Angela’s perfect judgement. I couldn’t have been happier with that decision. Less stress on me and them. A win-win!

I had my 2012 Honda civic repaired at this shop and they did such a beautiful job with repairing the damage to my car! I brought to their shop on 8/12/2025 and I went back and got it on 8/22/2025. I couldn’t even tell where it had been hit at! They have a very nice and very professional atmosphere! I appreciate everything they did to repair the damage to my car in such a timely and professional manner! If I need anything else done , I know where to take my cars too!

Only reason he gets 1 star is because I cannot do 0 stars. Pic of my car in late November after having been received in September. The other pic is my car in early December only hours after being picked up from total loss company - which has a public website so you can see the conditions upon receipt. He to this date still refuses to pay back any of the $1300+ received. He claimed to have fixed that wheel, repaired hood, completed the bumper, etc... yes, I have evidence of my claims-plenty. It was eventually totaled out, as it was due to the last minute add on of a part not 'discovered' until December, the total amount previously paid along with rentals and inaccurate information provided to the insurance company when they could get in touch. As a result, he charged storage fees (look at how well it was kept-total sarcasm), for parts - that were returned only days after having been received, administration fees -but couldn't find my folder and during the time there kept forgetting my vehicle and giving (his secretary) incorrect information, and service done for service not done. Note: I would not review as such without verifiable evidence to include witnesses. I glanced at Google before choosing him but wished I had read the BBB reviews along with Yelp- almost mirror images. Keep in mind, the formula for reviews and the opportunity for 'fake' posts to change the formula so do not be easily swayed, as I admit I was. Perhaps if you are not using insurance, then it may be cool, but if you are, beware and ask your company about the establishment. I presume he will soon be blocked from some big companies for fraud. Again, I have evidence that WILL be presented in court- since he refuses to acknowledge his ill will and just pay what is owed. I am sure he or one of his loyal followers will reply and I welcome it...again, I will not say anything I cannot back up with proof. I gave him ample opportunity to rectify the situation before even doing the review.

Angela was awesome , excellent customer service. Speed was very quick. Brought my Lime Green Camaro in 12/26/2023 and was out on 12/27/2023 noon. Grafton the manager was the great with communication about the quality Prodent Collision Center offers, I am amazed! Everyone can’t do the job , but Prodent Collision Center did it!!!! Very happy customer and would recommend 10/10 to anyone Here’s the BEFORE AND AFTER picture as proof! :)

They did a great job on my Rogue. From beginning to end of the repairs, I was kept updated on the progress. Angela has excellent customer service skills. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of. I would recommend Prodent Collision.

If I could do 0 stars I would this place is a joke they delayed the pickup of my car for almost 3 weeks. The first time we went expecting the car to be ready they told us it was gonna take a couple more days. After that the second time we went hoping to pick up the car the paint job was total garbage with dents and dings in the paint, we told them this and they said they were going to fix it. The last time we went and finally picked up the car we were left with a mediocre job at best. I expect a better job if it takes me going 3 different times to try and pick up my car, and when I finally pick my car up the job is not nearly as good as it could be. I don’t recommend.
