Procharged Septic & Drain Cleaning

This company came out on Saturday & tried to scam us out of over $2000. They claimed we didn't have a necessary filter and that had caused solids to get into our leech field. Got a 2nd opinion today and we ABSOLUTELY DO have the filter ProCharged claimed we were missing. The other company just had to clean it off & our system is 100% fine. Beware of this company!! Edited to add: The photos of the filter ProCharged claimed we were "missing" are literally posted with this review. So their response that this review is "false" and it was missing is ridiculous!! There is nothing wrong with our system. And my receipt shows $475. So their response is full of misinformation.

Really nice guys, did a great job in less time than I expected, and the price was reasonable. They also gave me tips to help keep things "flowing smoothly".

Absolutely the BEST Customer Service AND Price you can find. Steven and Jaydon were very Prompt and Professional. Explaining everything. So Many Companies out there take advantage because they know your in need and a way to make more money. This Company is NOT that way. I will use them for ALL of my Real Estate Clients as well! Wish I could give 100 Stars!!

Rocky and his crew are awesome! They came out quickly and helped us resolve our problems. We ended up needing a whole new system and Rocky was upfront about costs and worked hard to make sure we were up and running again. He really knows his stuff and the entire crew was very professional! We will continue to use this company for any future septic needs!

So.... I have used Rocky and his company Procharged Septic and Drain Cleaning. I used them once on Thanksgiving week 2023 and had to use them again last night. Quick story, last Novemeber we had a bunch of family over for Thanksgiving when our septic tank gor clogged and had to be drained and cleaned. I called Rocky and his crew and they were at my house within 2 hours. Procharged fixed my issue at a very affordable price when I couldn't get anyone else to come out and even look. Fast forward exactly one year and my hot water heater started leaking. I again Rocky and he had a 3 man crew out with a brand new hot water heater ready to get after it. I can't thank the crew at Procharged enough for always coming out here to the sticks to help a family need. You guys have a client for life. Thanks so much Jamie Calloway

Called to have a clogged toilet looked at. Was told $75 feet to come out. The guy showed up , I told him the toilet was clogged. He told me $700 to snake and put a camera down. When I refused to pay that much he then tried to give me an invoice for $375 to come out when he initially told me $75. No work was done. The kid didn’t even look at the toilet. Now they are trying to negotiate me to pay $175 DONOT use this company.

Very pleased with this company and the 2 guys that did the work. They told us step by step what they were doing and price. I would recommend them to anyone that is having septic problems.

This company was awesome! Came same day prepared to work, after being quoted almost 12k from another company for a whole new system,these guys came out ready to work, jetted out my lines and pumped my septic and replaced a tee working way into the dark and did everything with such good attitudes! I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked for a recommendation!
