ProArb are a slick, professional team. I've had several dealings with them this year, starting with Russell, who provided the initial quote, and Dani in admin, who kept me up to date with timings and developments. Anthony then surveyed a Tuart and produced a comprehensive arborist report - a great example of their expertise. The professionalism didn't stop there. I had the pleasure of meeting the amazing Lucas and the team as they tackled a big job on the first day of the summer heat. Each member worked diligently and seamlessly together - Michael, Reuben, Archie, Lewis - while Morgan gently relocated a baby bird and monitored it until it was ready to fly. Jamie provided the final oversee, ensuring all my pots were restored to their original place. They were friendly, amicable and attentive to every concern. A truly outstanding team from start to finish.

This is the second time over the years I've had ProArb prune my trees. They are genuine tree lovers. They do a fantastic job that is sympathetic to the natural look and health of the tree. Thankyou Russell, Tom and Lucas. Much appreciated!

Russell was absolutely great. Pretty quick to come and quote and knew his stuff about the trees we had. Our ficus right on the fence line was removed really easily including the roots, so we can finally get the space landscaped. Great value service!

After a large tree scale spray I asked if Proarb WA would clean up the residue on our light coloured patio and they did so with no fuss, professionalism and genuine care for my request. Highly recommended.

Aug 2022: Great service, friendly team, amazing price. Russel and his team cut my palm trees and cleaned the site for me. Highly recommend them. Jan 2025 update: called Chris and the company several times with my mobile phone to get a quote to cut a tree as a return customer. 6 times in 2 weeks no response! Tried to call with my work landline, bang first try he answered! I sent some photos, then he ghosted again! I did a few follow up call and messages in the next few days so finally he threw a quote at me which was 2 to 3 times pricier than all quotes I received for the job. $1200 to cut a medium size tree at the front yard and leave the logs, branches and foliage where they are dropped. Easy, quick job with great access and no labour work! Everyone who came to visit the site said it’s up to 2 hours job for a man and quoted $400-600! I feel like they are busy and secured the pipeline of work for themselves so they only look at big jobs and let down smaller jobs with overpriced quotes. 1.If you wanna hire them make sure you call them from a landline 2. Make sure your job is big enough because their price tag starts from $1000 regardless of how small the job is! 3. Be prepared to overpriced quote shocks!

The guys from Pro Arb were fantastic. Came on time job was done quickly and the tree looks great. Also took care of supply and install of root barrier to prevent damage to driveway. Will get them back for any further work. No mess left over once the job was done.
