I had such an amazing experience with Protech Auto Works! They helped me fix my back bumper so I could finally drive my car without worrying about it, and the whole process was incredibly fast and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They got everything taken care of way quicker than I expected, and the bumper looks great now. I’m so grateful for their quick service and quality work!! I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs reliable auto repairs!

I've never been treated better at any other machanics shop. Hands down this place is by far the best. I was treated like family from the moment I stepped through the doors. I've been twice now and Bob I think his name was whom I believe is the owner was up front and honest saving me valuable time and money suggesting I not have unnecessary work done that was suggested elsewhere. That blew me away! Then on top of that he even walked me (along with his adorable dog Brandy) to O'Reilly's next door and helped me find what I needed there. On my next visit I was helped by Joe and he too went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was pristenely repaired, none of the run around or "extras" they'll try to talk you into at other shops. We had to change the battery to our Ford Cmax hybrid. Good work ethic, very friendly and efficient. We will come here again for car problems. Having a knowledgeable mechanic is important, but it's also important to be honest. This is a good place.

My serpentine belt disintegrated on my way to work today, and Pro-Tech was able to get my car in and fixed within just a couple of hours. Tony provided excellent customer service and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the quick turnaround and reasonable pricing. If you need work done on your car, I highly recommend Pro-Tech — I’ll definitely be sending people their way!

The experience I had working with Joesph on my Daughter’s car was one of if not the most wonderful experiences I’ve ever had at an Automotive repair shop Joesph was very thorough in explaining how his team planned on fixing her vehicle and it was $1000 cheaper than what another car shop had quoted us on the same repair!! I am telling you if you don’t take your car or truck to this guy I believe you would regret your decision I live in Washington State I have to say I plan on taking all my motor vehicles to this shop talk about a straight shooter !!

Shout out to Joe from Pro-Tech Autoworks in the Wilsonville location. I had a little suspension accident on the highway going towards down south. But he was able to squeeze me on a Sunday! The turn around was fantastic, got me rolling out the shop by Tuesday. Gave updates frequently. 100 percent highly recommend. Thank you Joe again and thank you Pro-Tech Autoworks!

Do not take your vehicle to this so called "mechanic". The owner has been trespassed from his previous location on McLoughlin, but will lie to you and tell you he has two shops. The location he is at now in wilsonville isn't even his shop, he rents a bay. He lifted the cab on my '17 F350 Platinum and destroyed the body to the point it totaled the truck. Joe didn't disclose this to me, he let me find this out on my own. He was a headache to deal with while my truck was being totaled, a even larger headache to deal with after. I can not express enough how much you should never take your business to this con.

I have been here a few times now, and this review is way over due. They've repaired and replaced a few things now on my 2 cars. An alternator, front axle, fuel pump, transmission, ignition switch, and replaced an oil pan. I've been coming here a few years and my cars are so quiet and run very well. Their financing option is a huge help as well. Joe and his team have never disappointed and always go over their findings in detail. I'm very grateful to have found these guys a few years ago. To this day they are my go to shop.

Friendly knowledgeable and communicative. I brought in my Rover for maintenance and they had it in and out in no time. Top off all my fluids rotated my tires, oil change, filter change etc… over all had a great experience. Highly recommend for all your auto needs. Thanks Joe appreciate your professionalism and honestly. ProTech even works on motorcycles and lifted trucks. Anytime I have any work done to my vehicles I also ask them to do a complete interior exterior detail.
