I've been training with Kristina and her team for over a year now and I can say that I am a very happy client. Each one of the trainers not only listen but also substitute exercises on the fly if one of my body parts is not happy. Kristina really listens to what your fitness goals are so that she specifically tailors and personalizes your workout and nutrition to help achieve your goals. I researched 3 other personal training facilities before signing up with Pro Push. In my opinion, none of the others came close to experience and certification for both physical fitness and nutrition. Pro Push is truly a "one stop shop"!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Pro Push Fitness. I’ve trained with both Kristina & Chase and have learned quite a bit from each of them. They are very motivating & extremely easy to work with. The gym itself is a small, quaint facility that is set up nicely with quality equipment and plenty of it! Kristina does a great job of scheduling so that there is never too many people working out at one time. I’ve even been able to schedule time for my 10 & 11 year old boys to join with me & train as well. It’s perfect for the whole family! Lastly, the cost to attend and receive attention from the trainers is quite the bargain in comparison to other training programs I’ve explored. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it is for their services! I highly recommend this gym to everyone of all ages and fitness levels!

I have tried many work out routines, gyms and even personal trainers and nothing seemed to really work or at least work for me. Pro Push has been such an amazing place, from the work outs to the people that attend here. Kristina is creative with her work outs and super committed to our success. I would recommend this place to anyone that is tired of working out with no results. Plus! She’ll even provide you with a list of food and continue to monitor and tailor for you as your needs change🙌🏽

I LOVE working out at ProPush! It is such a friendly, encouraging, and motivating environment. I love to have new workouts every day tailored to our goals. And I especially love that Kristina and Tommy are right there to make sure my form is correct so I get maximum benefit (and don't hurt myself!) Kristina is a nutritionist and has helped me so much by answering questions, helping me clean up my eating, and creating custom meal plans. At 50 years old they have helped me stay active and strong, and keep my weight in a healthy range. It is such a supportive environment and a friendly way to start the day.

Pro push fitness has honestly changed my life! The environment they have created not only in the gym but also outside of is beyond motivational. I never looked forward to working out until I found pro push! I found out I had severe scoliosis in February 2018 and doctors said that working out would help with the pain. Kristina helped create special workouts for me and cheered me on throughout my journey. When the time came for my spinal fusion surgery and recovery process, I was eager to get back to the gym. Instead of doing physical therapy I chose to stick with working with Kristina and her crew! She created exercises specifically to help me recover quicker and get back into the groove(: I don’t know where I would be without Pro Push and am beyond grateful to be apart of such an inspirational team❤️ I would definitely recommend Pro Push Fitness to anyone looking to boost their confidence and change their life for the better!!!

I was working out for about six months really wanting to put on muscle on my chest and legs. I did not have a plan to achieve these goals I had in mind and didn’t have a ton of knowledge on how to put workouts together. I heard of Pro Push Fitness and went to go check it out. I sat down with a trainer told them about my goals and we created a plan on how I can put on this muscle the most efficient way! Within 12 weeks of working out there I saw incredible results. Pro Push is a non intimidating gym to help Every member really focus on there goals in mind. My experience here was a amazing, if you want to lose weight or gain muscle I highly recommended Pro Push Fitness!

Can't say enough good things about this place. All staff are well versed, motovated, and easy to talk to. Schedules are flexible to your needs. The atmosphere is personable unlike bigger corperate style gyms. With thier diet and exercise plans they took me from being pre-diabetic to being healthy and maintaining a healthy body type. I just wish I would have found them sooner.

I started working out here after the birth of my third & final child. I really needed to get my body back & I love weightlifting so I was excited to hear about ProPush. It had been a very long time since I’d done any weightlifting, but the trainers have been super helpful with making sure I’m using proper form & the correct weight, while always making me feel comfortable! I’m basically always sore!! & have seen great changes in my body the 1.5 years since starting at ProPush! I’ve also made many friends from the group workout format! It’s the best way for me to start the day! I’m always telling anyone that will listen how much I love ProPush!!

I found Pro Push on Thumbtack app and it was the best thing to ever happen to me. Kristina is exactly what I have been looking for in a personal trainer and I love the facility. I have seen positive results in a short period of time. My daughter noticed and recently signed up too.
