While rebuilding my 50-year-old house after a tornado I sought three bids to bring my electrical system up to code. Pro Phase was the middle bid. But as he evaluated the job didn't talk about what he thought he could skip and slip by the city inspector. Unlike the others, he offered to modernize everything/do the job right. And he did! My General Contractor even expressed amazement that Presley updated everything and even installed a brand new breaker box although the inspector was okay with the old box. When I asked Presley why, he stated two reasons: 1. Presley always said "he'd do me right" and 2. Presley explained that it would be tough for me to get breakers for my old box in the future. Presley went the extra mile on the whole job even though it cost him extra time and money. Finally, between my personal disorganization and the general contractor's disorganization Presley had to come to my house five times. Still he was always cheerful and professional.

Presley showed up the day we contacted him. Had he not shown up that day, our electricity hook-up would've been delayed further, which we greatly appreciated.
