They introduced themselves on arrival and took the time to pronounce my name correctly. Throughout the move, they were kind, patient, and incredibly hardworking. They went above and beyond to find solutions on the spot, carefully removing and reinstalling a door to get my wide fridges out, unhooking the washing machine when I’d forgotten to do so, and expertly navigating a large mattress up to the third floor through a tricky stairwell configuration, all while being mindful of their surroundings. They remained upbeat and focused despite intermittent rain throughout the day, and I really appreciated how they assessed the job early and arranged for additional help to ensure everything was completed smoothly and on time. Even after such a long and physically demanding day, their energy and good humour didn’t fade.
