Many thanks to Pro Dynamic Collision Center, they fixed my car perfectly. I took it there because on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, someone hit my car and drove away. Thank God I work at Walmart and the cameras caught the person, and the police helped me find the person who left the scene without leaving a note or anything. I've never been in an accident before, and if it ever happened to me, I would never leave the scene of the incident. Leaving work and seeing my car all damaged was terrible; I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone. The person who hit me wrote to me, asking me not to notify the insurance company, saying she would take responsibility. PEOPLE, DON'T TRUST ANYONE! My husband, who is very trusting, trusted the wrong people; and as I already said, you can't trust someone who acts in bad faith from the beginning. Well, from that day, October 21st, until today, I've been without a car. We found this place because they are responsible and they fix your car perfectly. My car is now without any strange noises and no warning lights on. My husband thinks everyone is honest. He reached an agreement with the people; and he only told the person to take responsibility for fixing the car, and in the end, they didn't even want to do that. They just want to tell lies. Obviously, when your car is hit, you see the damage caused when the repair shop starts to disassemble it. That's why, when you get into an accident and they tell you not to call the insurance company and to settle it yourselves, don't do it. There are unscrupulous people who don't care about the damage they caused and want to continue causing harm. I was without a car for 3 months, wondering how I was going to get to work, take my daughter to school, and pick her up, all because someone hit my car and fled the scene. I just wanted to say this because I really don't want anyone else to go through this, and if you get into an accident, come to this repair shop, it's highly recommended. They are very responsible and they leave your car like new. AFTER A BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE GETTING INTO A CAR ACCIDENT, BRING YOUR CAR TO "PRO DYNAMIC COLLISION CENTER," AND THEY'LL LEAVE YOU WITH A BIG SMILE.

I want to publicly share my negative experience with Pro Dynamic Collision Center. Last year, my 2020 Chevy started having turbo issues. A “friend” who worked there recommended that I take my car to this shop. At the time, I had a repair insurance policy, but the person who recommended this shop did not work with insurance — even so, he insisted I take it there. From the beginning, the experience was bad. They charged me $80 per day for storage, and my car sat there for almost two weeks. In the end, I paid more for parking than for the actual repair. My insurance paid around $1,140, and on top of that, I had to take out a bank loan — in addition to my existing car loan — which increased my financial burden due to added interest. When I finally got my car back, it felt the same or worse than before. Only five months later, the exact same turbo part failed again, despite them offering a 3-year warranty. I absolutely do not recommend this shop. Charging excessive storage fees and returning a vehicle without properly fixing the issue is unacceptable. Taking the car back under their so-called “warranty” feels risky, as I fear they may cause further damage just to keep customers coming back and paying. This experience has been financially and emotionally stressful. I hope others think twice before taking their vehicle to this place.

Great staff! Going through and getting repairs is never fun Caliber made my car like brand new. The staff took very great care of my Octavian and returned him better than ever!!

What a great repair job. My friend suv was hit by a cone on the highway from a semitruck. We had the front bumper, wheel liner under plates, and camera mount replaced. The sub looks like showroom new. You can not tell that anything was replace or there was any damage. There work is far superior to any other shop in the valley. I highly recommend them for your car needs. P. S. They have trucks for sale as well

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this shop due to dishonest billing practices. We were working with a car accident repair. The other party recommended this shop because "their friend" worked there. We trusted their word on being an honest shop. When indeed that is the furthest from the truth. After the repairs were completed, the insurance company sent out an adjuster to conduct a full inspection. Because after the "final bill" was paid they sent another $1100 bill. The official written insurance estimate for the total damage came to $2,549.75 — and that amount already included the $1,100 sensor that this shop was later attempting to add as an additional charge. The insurance company formally documented multiple items on the shop’s invoice as misquoted and not warranted repairs. Those findings are in writing. By the time everything was reviewed, I had already paid $3,313.88, which is $764.13 more than what the insurer determined the legitimate repair cost to be and more than what the insurance would have paid. And now requesting another $1100. When a business’s invoice does not align with documented insurance findings and includes charges that are later flagged as unethical or unnecessary, that is a serious issue. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop to get everything in writing, verify all charges independently, and involve your insurance provider early. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business based on my experience. This will be reported to the BBB as well.

Car window got broken into while passing through Utah, and was told by all other Auto Glass shops that it would take at least two days for the part to come in, and we urgently needed to leave. However, after speaking with Helda, she helped us locate a new panel and had our car repaired, cleaned, and highway-ready within 4 hours of calling! Above and beyond service, very communicative, and most importantly, do great work.

We had a great experience today with Hector. He was helpful, knowledgeable and willing to work with us to get a great deal on a vehicle today. After spending the day visiting several different dealerships and not having the best experience we thought we would stop by Pro Dynamic on our way home. We left happy and feeling confident with our purchase. Hector went to bat for us to get the best deal imaginable on a great vehicle. The owner was very reasonable and was willing to work with us based on our needs. We will highly recommend Hector and Pro Dynamic Auto Sales. We had a great experience doing something that is usually stressful. Thank you Hector and team!

Disappointed! I went to have The spare tire stoppers on My Jeep replaced. A woman came out and just tried to convince me and said whatever she wanted.They gave a estimate of $200(I agree).It took them two hours and all they did was put on two stoppers that were glued on and of terrible quality.Them they gave me a new estimate, and The price went from $200 to 2,000. A complete lack of trust and professionalisn.

Pro dynamic is amazing, I bought this Mazda from them a year ago and they were very educating and professional. I’ve always been nervous when working with cars salesman and shops and they made me feel comfortable and taught me what I needed to know! A year later the same car I bought got into a collision and they took great care of it, and told me how to get a rental car from insurance! And gave me rides to where I needed to go. They’re friendly honest and professional!
