Out of all the companies I contacted the day prior, most quoted $100+ just to come out. You all charged $100, and that fee went toward the repair and service, which I truly appreciated. I called a day ahead and you were able to come out the very next day, right on time. The technician, Carlos W., was well-mannered, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, restored my services the same day, and was in and out with no hassle. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism.

Called Pro Appliance Medics on Wednesday got an appt. for Friday, Carlos came fixed oven and broiler had to replace igniter and order a new seal for oven door. Carlos made it back Monday (today), with the oven door seal. His work was fast, efficient and fantastic, will definitely be contacting them again for any repairs I might need in the future. Have already put their contact information in my phone contacts. So if you need work done on an appliance you should definitely give them a call.

Very responsive to urgent or regular calls. Tech Carlos is polite, informative, quick and efficient. His expertise and congenial nature made the repair vist, a great experince. He has repaired several items over the past 2 years. Service is always quick and a resonable cost.

I have HomeSafe coverage. One burner on my cooktop would not cook on anything but high. And one of my extra fridges was not getting cold. Carlos was amazing!! Explained what was wrong parts were in the warehouse so he was back the next morning to fix everything. Professional and quick!! Will definitely use them again in the future for all appliance needs!!

Carlos was a true professional and went above and beyond, on very short notice too! The value is unmatched for the quality of work. When he installed our gas stove, he made sure it was level and took extra steps to make sure it fit correctly. He even put our new stove together for us and cleaned up all the packaging. My technician kept me informed when he was on his way. He was on time and didn't hold me up all day,completed the repairs that day. Got my dishwasher up and going for the holiday.
