Out of all the companies I contacted the day prior, most quoted $100+ just to come out. You all charged $100, and that fee went toward the repair and service, which I truly appreciated. I called a day ahead and you were able to come out the very next day, right on time. The technician, Carlos W., was well-mannered, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, restored my services the same day, and was in and out with no hassle. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism.

Called Pro Appliance Medics on Wednesday got an appt. for Friday, Carlos came fixed oven and broiler had to replace igniter and order a new seal for oven door. Carlos made it back Monday (today), with the oven door seal. His work was fast, efficient and fantastic, will definitely be contacting them again for any repairs I might need in the future. Have already put their contact information in my phone contacts. So if you need work done on an appliance you should definitely give them a call.
