Pro Alta Quality Landscape

Although I have very little time to do a review, I felt it very important regarding my experience with Pro Alta Quality Landscape. From the first time I met Christian, I knew immediately that there was something special regarding this young man who was prompt, knowledgeable, honest and eager to hear about my 15 year long awaited dream for a Backyard Landscaping Project. After at least an hour of discussing ideas, Christian took notes and measurements before leaving and promising a quote in the near future. Even though Christian’s estimate was not the lowest of many I had obtained, after meeting his foreman, Moises, I felt they understood what it was that I wanted and would have it completed for my Son’s engagement party. I am more than pleased to say that Christian, Moises, and the Team at Pro Alta were not only able to complete the job on time but also replicate every detail I had included on my diagram. I did an entire front renovation of my home. Full demo. New irrigation. New driveway, walkway. Drought resistant and other landscaping design. This was the first time I’ve done a project this big and I know nothing about landscaping. Pro Alta made it super easy and convenient. Christian was my main point of contact and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and eager to deliver. I did my research before but he was the final sell. He was always willing to stop by and consult in-person which we really appreciated, and he was always available for questions. We designed the new space ourselves and Christian was very patient and helped guide our vision without making us feel uncomfortable. He was very supportive and solution focused. Some of my favorite things about the team at this company is how fast they work. They completed my entire project on time, was never late, and stayed communicative throughout the process. They also clean up as they go which was really nice. They work hard. Shout out to Juan btw! Trust me… you want him on your job site. This man’s attention to detail and work ethic were excellent. Like this was his house and everything mattered. Great guy. I looked at 3 bids and then had a friend and general contractor help me evaluate. He said everything made sense. Even though Pro Alta wasn’t the cheapest option, they had the best schedule, best reviews, clear invoices, and were the most responsive. Green flags. The payment schedule was agreed on in the beginning and remained the same throughout the process except at the end when I wanted to add something. If I could change anything I wish I knew about the County’s grass removal rebates before starting. I absolutely recommend this company. Ask for Christian.

Pro Alta was an absolute pleasure to work with, and they gave us an amazing new front yard. The paver patio looks stunning. The gravel and plants are wonderful. The work was done neatly, timely, and with a ton of courtesy and clear communication. What else could you ask for?? Pricing was fair and clear from the estimate until completion with no surprises. Pro Alta was willing to work with us on our budget, design and timing needs. We would highly recommend them to anybody looking for landscapers!! Thanks Pro Alta! 😀

Would 100% recommend Chris and his team! We couldn't be happier with the process, efficiency, quality of work and support we've received. Great communication, invoice billing and receiving of payment was flawless. Whether it was Chris or Freddie onsite doing the work-communication was great. Updates on any curveballs or changes to plans were presented with options and quickly executed. Work we had done: tree removal, hauled removal of all rock/dirt/debris in our unfinished backyard, new fence w/ metal posts, new irrigation, patio concrete patch work to make way for new irrigation, weed blocker + new pebble rock in entire yard plus new grass, trees, plants. + front yard weed blocker/rock install. Note: especially impressed when a slope in our backyard ID'ed a need for extra drainage to make sure drainage when away from our house and existing concrete properly. Having experienced bad drainage work in the past where it went towards the house and created issues, to me this was top notch- bring a key issue to our attention and make sure they added on correct drainage. These guys are excellent & value high quality work! Quotes received and prices adjusted came in actually under, they did a great job not adding anything on with no approval. 3 weeks later when one of our new trees was struggling with the heat, Freddie swung by to look at it- didn't have to- but wow we appreciated it. 100x over will use Chris & Team for future projects. I had Pro Alta transform my yard last summer. They did a great job ripping out the lawn and setting up xeriscaping. The issues were with communication. I wasn’t given a choice about plants. When I balked, I was able to provide some plants (at my expense). Although I was charged a significant amount for plants, the vast majority were cheap. I have had to replace five tiny lavender plants that died. The plants that were put in pots (which I bought) were planted in the terrible clay soil they removed from my yard. FYI, the plants I provided are doing fine.

My experience with Pro Alta Quality Landscape was exemplary throughout the entire project. Low water scraping was my goal though hoped not to lose aesthetic features. Chis and company were responsive to my questions and accommodating with initial changes to planned project. Pro Alta Quality Landscape followed through on every aspect of planning and work provided in a timely manner and with courtesy and effort to ensure my customer satisfaction. I would definitely use this company again for future landscaping needs and I highly recommend them to others seeking to employ a highly skilled, reputable, and professional company.

Chris and team are amazing! They are so efficient and our yard was done ahead of schedule! The team is friendly and Chris is so patient listening to what we were looking for and suggesting ideas based on his expertise without being pushy. We've worked with them twice in the last year on both concrete walkways/patio and backyard landscaping and will definitely be reaching out again for all future projects.

We were extremely impressed with the quality and efficiency of work by Christian and his team. They were clear at each step of the project regarding schedule and cost and were very responsive with answers to any questions we had. They were also able to accommodate some last minute requests we had and were very gracious and polite throughout the whole process. Our project was also scheduled during a big heat wave week and their team still did a fantastic job! We had concrete pavers placed in half of our yard, white rocks set around the perimeter, and concrete poured along the side and front of our home. Thank you guys so much!

Loved Chris and his team. They worked hard for us, double checked their work to ensure we were pleased. They deconstructed the landscaping and rebuilt it as we asked. They had great attention to detail. A couple of time they went above and beyond to make our experience special.
