We had the chance to work with Chef George during our Psychotherapy retreat in Tenerife, and he was an incredible addition to the experience. We were a group of 26 people, and George was the person who made sure we were always fed, energized, and happy.
I still don’t know how he managed it — he made us feel like there was an entire team taking care of us. He cooked, served, cleaned, set the buffet, made sure there was coffee, tea, water, and everything else we needed, always with a calm attitude and a smile.
The highlight, of course, was the food. George created a beautiful buffet menu for us every day — always unique, delicious, well-balanced, and right on time. He has a talent for turning simple meals into something that feels like Michelin-level cooking — and doing that for 26 people is impressive on its own.
He was also flexible and open to feedback, quickly adapting to individual dietary needs throughout the retreat.
What more can I say — working with Chef George was one of the best parts of our Tenerife experience. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional chef who brings not only amazing food, but care, passion, and hospitality.
