I can’t fault our experience from start to finish with the clinic. Charlotte initially spoke to me regarding an assessment and any queries or worries I had. She was extremely knowledgeable. She advised what steps needed to be taken. As advised by Charlotte I contacted Camhs who confirmed they would perform a medication assessment from a private diagnosis. With the right to choose route becoming more lengthy I made the best decision to proceed with an appointment with Charlotte and Frank’s clinic. Making an appointment was easy and was imminent. We had the option to take the payment plan which made life so much easier. On arriving at the clinic there was easy parking, Friendly Frank met us in reception before our assessment session where he immediately put myself and little legs at ease. He gave her the opportunity to just he herself at the same time of acquiring the information he needed. I felt heard and felt this was the beginning of the journey for little legs to be getting the support she needs so much. I had a follow up phone call with Charlotte which was very helpful. The diagnostic was prompt in coming through and the detail of the report was amazing. The clinic follow all the NICE guidelines so that solved my main need when in search of an assessment clinic. Highly recommend.

I suspected that I was neurodivergent, and was already on the waiting list with the NHS. I found Private ADHD Assessment Doncaster on Google searching for Right to Choose options around Yorkshire. I completed the online assessment, and the next day when I checked my emails I had a link to book in an assessment. As a private clinic they offer a payment plan so you can spread the cost. I completed some questionnaires, and my family members did the same. They were all sent back to the Clinic before my assessment date. I had as little as 2 weeks to wait to have my assessment. They offer in person and teams call assessments. I had to have a teams call due to some personal commitments on the day. However the experience was still 5 star. Frank was very patient, professional, and let me be myself. He was very friendly and clear with his questions, made the whole process comfortable and felt very at ease. This took around 2hours. I received a phone call later in the day to receive my diagnosis. Charlotte is responsible for this, again, very compassionate and very professional. She let me know of my next steps. The following day I received my full report and you have the option to request anything you may not want to have written in your report. Around 1 week later I received my written report in the post. The team at Private ADHD Assessment Doncaster are absolutely fantastic and are still there to help you along the way. Thank you again, you have helped me understand and see things more clearly.

Frank was very helpful. He listened to my concerns over the phone and then sent the relevant paperwork to see if my son would benefit from an assessment. Once booked in our assessment was arranged quickly and we got the results within a short period of time.

Beware. You get what you pay for. Although this company advertises that it works within NICE guidelines, its reports are NOT recognised by the NHS or local authorities. They cannot be used to obtain prescription medication or, for children, an EHCP. You will still need to go through the NHS or an approved provider. This company is NOT on the Right to Choose provider list. Assessments are carried out without obtaining a full medical history, which raises serious concerns about the quality and reliability of the assessment process. Once payment has been taken and the report produced, the company discharges you. Any issues identified during the assessment are not included in the report unless you have paid for them, and despite making recommendations, the company does not refer you for further assessment.

He helped my husband figure out his difficulties and though it may not be adhd that is his main issue, Frank provided a clear and in depth analysis of my husbands problems in order for us to make the right steps to help him resolve and manage his condition. Iv been waiting a very long time for some one to believe me about my daughter as shes getting old it has been getting harder for me but going to Frank yesterday hes made me believe im not making it up he was amazing made us all laugh I was so nervous going in with my daughter and family members im over the moon he believed me I may of nearly cried out side I'd definitely recommend iv got some of the answers I needed and more hes going to help me and my daughter thank you so much

Frank and his team are a godsend. As a mother of a 9 year old daughter who is struggling with neurodiverse condition and complicated by family trauma the system, the state could not assist. Too busy and was not see as important. Following a recommendation I approached Frank and his team and immediately it was like the light has been switched on. My daughter is getting the help that she needs, which is all I asked for. Frank is dedicated and passionate about his job and knowledgeable about his role in supporting children like my daughter, without him I would be lost.
