Pristine Dental and Orthodontics - Arnold

I took my daughter Kendall (11), here for her first appointment. We had a great experience and felt no judgement at all. Which to be honest, as a mom, I was extremely nervous about. Everyone we spoke to was kind, and reassuring every step of the way. I wish I could remember everyone’s name who took care of us. There was 4-5 women who took care of us and every single one was so sweet and informative. Thank you again to all of you ladies! Kendall was super comfortable. It was literally fun to talk to you all about some not so fun things. And fun things! Haha, at one point we talked about facials, and eyebrows. I will be a student at Skin Institute this March, and meeting new clients in May!! (: Communication through phone and text has been awesome as well. We are looking forward to our future appointments!

We had a great experience at Pristine Dental & Orthodontics in Arnold for my daughter’s visit. The staff was kind, patient, and very reassuring, which made her feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The dentist explained everything clearly and took the time to address our questions. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and the overall care was excellent. I truly appreciate how gentle and professional the team was with my daughter. My husband and I both switched to Pristine Dental after reading the great reviews. My husband was due first and when he came home from his cleaning appointment he kept saying " they are really nice but the whole process was strange" over and over again. Today was my cleaning appointment... I was called back and two assistants took my panoramic xray and then pointed to a room and said " youre going to be in there", so I walk into the room and seat myself- wait a few moments and then the same two assistants came back to take a full mouth xray. As they were finishing, the doctor came in and introduced herself, examined my teeth and said everything looked great. Then the hygienist came in, took measurements of my gums and then said "ok the doctor will be in shortly". I thought it was strange since I had already seen the doctor but I waited a little while longer and then the first assistant came in and polished and flossed my teeth. Again I thought that was weird, in my experience that always happened AFTER the cleaning. When she was finished she said " let's go up front and get you scheduled for your cleaning". I told her I thought that's what I was here for and she explained that they only have one hygienist on staff except for Wednesdays when they have two. I was literally there for an hour and twenty minutes but I never had a cleaning. The front desk tried to schedule my cleaning for tomorrow but I will not be going back, the time management at this office is HORRIFIC. If you don't have to worry about your schedule and how many times you have to go for a cleaning then sure this is the place for you but for normal people who have to take time out of our day for these kind of appointments I would highly highly suggest going elsewhere as this office does NOT care about your time.

1st time here. I must say this is the nicest group of people I have ever delt with. Very easy going answers all questions. make sure your very comfortable. Highly recommend

Dr. Olvera and the entire staff here Is just amazing. Actually, to be honest, I have been seeing dentist for over 30 years now and I’ve had a few and she is by far the best. She actually cares. Our son had a seizure and lost half of his front tooth and needed a crown. They got him in quickly and took such great care of him. I would go into more detail, but just say I have never met a dentist that cares so much. Now the whole family is seeing her and we could not be happier. Unfortunately, bad things happen, but we are so lucky to have Dr. Olvera and her staff In our family circle. It is so hard nowadays to find someone that genuinely cares and goes the extra mile. I had a great experience with Pristine dental. Aarti, the dental hygienist, was very thorough and kind. Dr. Rosinski did my exam which went very well and she is also very kind. The office has a nice comfortable atmosphere.

This was the worst cleaning I've ever had. This was my first time since staff changed from when they were Matrix Dental (which I loved and had the best hygienist). Felt as if my hygienist today has never used one of those tools in her life. My mouth continues to hurt hours later. The dentist tried telling me I have spots on the x-rays that looks like cavities are forming then goes on to tell me it looks like they've been there for years. Ive never had a cavity. Felt like I was being pranked the entire time. Update: The dentist did personally reach out herself with her cell phone number. She also checked in a few days later. I was impressed at this and felt she was very understanding.
