Veneers can last up to 20 or 30 years, provided well-maintained and taken care of. So, avoid biting or chewing hard food items or objects using the front teeth. Instead, use the inner teeth. Also, try avoiding clinching while sleeping, or consult the dentist and get splints. Use a mouthguard while playing. Do not try opening any packages or covers, especially with the front teeth.
