The finishing and overall quality of my Ray-Ban eyeglasses are outstanding, and the Zeiss lenses fitted into the frame deliver exceptional clarity and comfort. Praveen, the owner, truly sets the benchmark for customer care. His meticulous attention to detail and genuine commitment to getting everything perfect for each customer is rare to find. The service was seamless, the guidance expert, and the delivery right on time. Prism Eye Care continues to be my go-to for premium eyewear, and experiences like this are exactly why. I recently visited a fantastic sunglasses store and had a great experience. The owner was extremely kind, polite, and generous, which made the visit even more pleasant. The store has an amazing collection and is literally full of Ray-Ban sunglasses, along with other premium brands like Prada and Burberry. There are so many models to choose from that it’s honestly hard to pick just one! One of the best things about this store is that you can get your Ray-Ban customized according to your choice – whether it’s lens color, size, or frame type. The owner also mentioned that if a specific model isn’t available, they can help source a new Ray-Ban model directly from Thailand or Italy. They also provide service options for sunglasses, which is really helpful if you need repairs or adjustments. Another thing I really appreciated was that I was able to buy a Ray-Ban case separately for one of my costliest Ray-Bans — something that no other Ray-Ban store was willing to sell me individually. Overall, a wonderful store with excellent service, premium brands, and a huge selection. Highly recommended for anyone who loves quality sunglasses!

I had a great experience at Prism Eye Care, Indra Nagar. The staff were very polite and truly understood my requirements. They were excellent at suggesting the right spectacles and lenses based on my needs. The eye power checking facility is available in-store, which made the whole process very convenient. They have a very good collection of branded spectacles and sunglasses. If you’re looking for quality branded specs or sunglasses in Bangalore, I would definitely recommend checking them out. I was initially worried about parking in busy Indra Nagar when coming back to collect my glasses, but they kindly assured me of home delivery. Not only did they provide it, but they also delivered before the promised time. Really impressed with their service and professionalism!

I was super impressed with the truly exceptional service at Prism. Excellent variety/ styles of eyewear as well. I was extremely rushed, so called the store and asked them if they could keep a few frames ready with my specific requirements of style etc! When I got there in just a few minutes, I was pleasantly surprised to see the counters full of a great variety of frames that they had kept ready for me to select from. Quite an effort on their part! They had the lenses done immediately as well. I have received many compliments for the eyewear I got! This was my first time at Prism, and will definitely go back for any future requirements! Great experience! Brought Rayban Meta Gen2 from them. Before reaching out to them had reached out to many and none had a clue when it would be available in India. But when I reached out to Prism Eye Care they told they can arrange it and it would take around 25-30 days. I went to there store and experienced it and order it! And as promised they delivered in 25 days. Even got the prescription lens fixed from them(got the lens within a day). Kudos to the staff as well as he explained everything in detail. Now is this going to be my go to store for all specs related things!

I walked into the store to check if they had a specific frame in mind, and Mr. Praveen was extremely helpful throughout the process. Even though the frame was not available at the Indiranagar store, he went out of his way to check with other outlets and managed to locate the exact pair I was looking for. The frame I wanted had been discontinued, and I was having a hard time finding it elsewhere.
