We had an under-counter Silgranit sink replaced due to defect that the manufacturer backed 100% (Blanco). We were responsible for the labor and installation. Zach and Turner arrived and were very professional and obviously knowledgeable of the job. Not an easy task by a long shot. They removed and replaced with the new sink like they have done it a a million times. Just plain amazing. And they were very reasonably considering the labor and time. Also they cleaned all of our drains as well. I surely will recommend them without hesitation. Thank you for being an honest and professional plumber! Suzie Lind

Thomas P. With Priority Plumbing is now our go-to guy. We reached out for assistance to learn how to navigate our water softener and tankless water heater. Priority Plumbing had a quick response and easily provided an appointment set-up with Thomas. On the day of our appt., Thomas was welcoming and informative with going through what each system does, understanding how it works and how to use the control panels as needed. He provided great detail of what errors to look out for, maintenance to keep in mind and offering extra resources including benefits with their plans if we wanted to pursue. Thomas understood the perspective of new homeownership such as my husband and I, and made sure he offered advice. He covered all the bases we did and didn’t know. We found some water in our crawl space and Josh with Priority Plumbing took very good care of us! He took lots of pictures and videos of the issue and repaired the leak quickly! Thanks so much!

I have no idea how good of plumbers these guys, but I will be calling them next time I need a job done. I was at Home Depot and asked the plumbing attendant for some information and was answwrrd with with a blank stare. Zack from yes, priority plumbing was there to shop for parts and heard my question and intervene. He walked me down the aisle to show me the the parts I needed and gave me information about current plumbing code standard. He was such a nice guy and I could not imagine how nice it must be to have the sky work for me. Good luck, Zack. I hope you do so well in life and have everything you want.

Priority Plumbing is top notch! Getting scheduled was a breeze and having a next day turn around was icing on the cake. Shaun and Jared got me set up with Thomas, the next day. Thomas came out to bid the work and he ultimately save me money with his expertise, adjusting the idea I initially had with installing my water softener. Making this change, turning the softener sideways and rotating the bypass valve, cleaned up the look of install and reduced to space that will be used up in the garage. Thomas was able to get Marcos out the next day to install and it went very smooth. Marcos took the vision Thomas had, and made it a reality! It didn’t take much pipe, however the expert ingenuity was invaluable. The water softener was connected right after my whole home filtration, previously installed by Shaun and Thomas. Marcos also added a hose bib for both hot and cold water for washing cash and cleaning the garage floor! Overall, their support and recommendations have made this a very positive experience! I am excited for less hard mineral build up on my faucets and shower glass. Thank you, Priority, for making me a PRIORITY!

Noah and Mark were awesome! They found my plumbing issue right away and were able to resolve the issue in one shot. Noah and Mark were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Nick came out to install my new faucet and he was fast and did an awesome job even removing extra wood in the opening then cleaned up using a shop vac under my sink. He was very fast, efficient and respectful. A+++++ Job I will only call Priority from now on and NICK is a VALUABLE asset to their team.
