He takes the time to explain things thoroughly and - while doing so - never makes you feel like he's in a rush to move on. 5 Stars simply isn’t enough. I can’t recommend Priority Plumbing enough! My hot water heater suddenly stopped working, and I called another local company first. They came out, ran some “tests,” and quoted me an outrageous $1,250 to fix what turned out to be a relatively simple issue. It felt like a sales tactic, was very suspicious, and I walked away frustrated and skeptical. Then I reached out to Priority Plumbing for a second opinion, and the difference was night and day. Their technician, Thomas P., arrived promptly, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He explained exactly what was wrong (no upselling or scare tactics), fixed the problem efficiently, and had my hot water back up and running in no time. The total cost? Just $175.00 a fraction of what the other place tried to charge. What really stands out is their integrity and amazing customer service. Thomas treated me with respect, answered all my questions patiently, and left everything clean and tidy. No hidden fees, no pressure, just honest, fantastic service from start to finish. I highly recommend Priority Plumbing. Marco and Josh were on time and worked incredibly hard to track down a very difficult leak in my yard. They were thorough, determined, and didn’t give up until the job was completely finished — even though it went past their normal quitting time. They cleaned everything up so well that you would never know any work had been done. It was absolutely perfect.

We had our whole house plumbing backup today, and Priority Plumbing took care of us right away. They kept us informed on when they would be back and made us feel important. I work from home so not having a toilet to use wasn’t fun. They were professional, clean and fixed our issue on the same day. We would highly recommend them!

We had Nick and Warren come out to fix a small leak on our water heater. They were awesome! Arrived on time, friendly and knowledgeable, repaired the leak quickly and made sure everything was in great working condition. Priority Plumbing is top notch! Getting scheduled was a breeze and having a next day turn around was icing on the cake. Shaun and Jared got me set up with Thomas, the next day. Thomas came out to bid the work and he ultimately save me money with his expertise, adjusting the idea I initially had with installing my water softener. Making this change, turning the softener sideways and rotating the bypass valve, cleaned up the look of install and reduced to space that will be used up in the garage. Thomas was able to get Marcos out the next day to install and it went very smooth. Marcos took the vision Thomas had, and made it a reality! It didn’t take much pipe, however the expert ingenuity was invaluable. The water softener was connected right after my whole home filtration, previously installed by Shaun and Thomas. Marcos also added a hose bib for both hot and cold water for washing cash and cleaning the garage floor! Overall, their support and recommendations have made this a very positive experience! I am excited for less hard mineral build up on my faucets and shower glass. Thank you, Priority, for making me a PRIORITY!

Nick came out to install my new faucet and he was fast and did an awesome job even removing extra wood in the opening then cleaned up using a shop vac under my sink. He was very fast, efficient and respectful. A+++++ Job I will only call Priority from now on and NICK is a VALUABLE asset to their team.
