5 Stars simply isn’t enough. I can’t recommend Priority Plumbing enough! My hot water heater suddenly stopped working, and I called another local company first. They came out, ran some “tests,” and quoted me an outrageous $1,250 to fix what turned out to be a relatively simple issue. It felt like a sales tactic, was very suspicious, and I walked away frustrated and skeptical. Then I reached out to Priority Plumbing for a second opinion, and the difference was night and day. Their technician, Thomas P., arrived promptly, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He explained exactly what was wrong (no upselling or scare tactics), fixed the problem efficiently, and had my hot water back up and running in no time. The total cost? Just $175.00 a fraction of what the other place tried to charge. What really stands out is their integrity and amazing customer service. Thomas treated me with respect, answered all my questions patiently, and left everything clean and tidy. No hidden fees, no pressure, just honest, fantastic service from start to finish.
