New conservatory from prior products. I'm so pleased with the finished product from start to finish the process was a very good experience. The team were very good and everyone I had contact with were very good at their job and the process was very smooth. Thank you so much would definitely recommend your team.

Excellent product and service. We had 2 doors fitted and a kitchen window. Quote to delivery of products was quick and the fitters Mike and Jay did an excellent job. They were polite and respected our property and left everywhere clean and tidy.

We regularly build/renovate properties. We have used many companies and worked with numerous tradespeople, good and bad. Prior Products have been in a league of their own. In terms of quality & Value fantastic, but above this - the fitting team have been absolutely fantastic (and I’m notoriously hard to please). Therefore, a special mention for Mike and Josh, these gents (along with the surveyor Phil) are the reason why we will be using the company again soon on our project in Sandbanks - Poole. Couldn’t recommend Prior Products enough! From initial enquiry through to fitting they have been fantastic. The door is a solid 10/10 and the fitter Matt was brilliant. He is an absolute asset to their team, and for future home projects where we need to use Prior Products we will be requesting him!

New door fitted, great experienced, professional installer. Looks lovely once fitted. A couple of little tweaks were needed and he came back next day to sort. All in all from ordering to installation a pain free process. Would highly recommend.

Priors Products deliver again and again. From my initial conversation with Simon and Neil to the hardworking fitters. A really friendly, informative service from start to finish. Trust is hard to come by in this industry, however, rest assured you will be looked after at Priors Products. New porch doors and windows fitted in just over a day. Very happy (or the wife is with a bright pink door 😂)

Very pleased with the final result from Prior Products. A good local company. Would have been five stars, but we had to chase them up for installation date and the first date they were scheduled to arrive early in the morning, but they couldn’t be at our home until 12:30, due to another job over running on previous day. We weren’t told until 10am and that didn’t fit with our plans! At bit better with communication and we’d have given the five stars.

From start to finish the team at Prior Products have been professional, attentive and caring to our needs. The door was fitted weeks ahead of our expected date and the fitter (Karl) ensured both my wife and I understood the whole fitting process and he even went to the level of detail to ensure we were happy with how the lock felt when you opened and closed the door. I would certainly recommend you consider prior products for a replacement door.
