Great new windows, they have completely transformed the appearance of our house both inside and out and are so much warmer too. The team at Prior Products were easy to deal with from start to finish and a special mention for the guys on the fitting team who were tidy, polite and quick. I would highly recommend this company, they simply couldn't have done more for us and I don't know why we didn't get our new windows sooner. I would also say, if you aren't sure about PVC and wanted wood, do look at the flushfit heritage range from Prior as they completely changed my mind. In fact they are so realisitc our decorator thought they were wood.

Prior products were a class act throughout. Not only do they quote at their best price (unlike other big brands) they are so friendly and helpful along the way. From first contact with Simon in sales who is very knowledgeable and doesn’t try to up sell etc through to Mike the fitter who is so polite and goes above and beyond. Very happy with the end product and even happier with the service along the way, highly recommend Prior Products

Prior Products replaced a patio door for us last October and I really recommend them. Brilliant professionalism from start to finish, with particular mention to Geoff and Mike. No pushy sales pitch and excellent quality product and installation.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prior Products. All the staff are helpful and friendly, the work was completed well by the fitters, they were respectful of the property and made sure any gates were kept closed which gave me great peace of mind.

Excellent product and service. We had 2 doors fitted and a kitchen window. Quote to delivery of products was quick and the fitters Mike and Jay did an excellent job. They were polite and respected our property and left everywhere clean and tidy.

We regularly build/renovate properties. We have used many companies and worked with numerous tradespeople, good and bad. Prior Products have been in a league of their own. In terms of quality & Value fantastic, but above this - the fitting team have been absolutely fantastic (and I’m notoriously hard to please). Therefore, a special mention for Mike and Josh, these gents (along with the surveyor Phil) are the reason why we will be using the company again soon on our project in Sandbanks - Poole.
