Conservatory with Rubber Roof in Bourton on the Water.
The new conservatory has been designed to sit neatly within the available space, without tying into the neighbouring walls. We’ve also been able to work with the existing drainage, avoiding unnecessary disruption and keeping the installation straightforward.
French doors were the right choice here, giving a wide central opening and easy access out into the garden. Alongside that, there are plenty of opening vents to allow good airflow through the space, so it stays comfortable when the weather warms up.
Full-height glazing brings in a lot of natural light and gives a clear, uninterrupted view of the garden, which is exactly what you want from a room like this.
The rubber roof ties it all together. It keeps the structure neat and unobtrusive, sits well without needing to match surrounding tiles, and offers a low-maintenance finish that will look after itself over time.
Our fitter, Andrew, has done a great job. You can see the attention to detail in every shot as he photographs it, showing not only the standard of his work but also a tidy, methodical approach.
The end result is a bright, practical space that feels calm, open and easy to use every day.
