Primp My Pup

This is a new company but Justin is an experienced groomer! He started grooming my dogs over 4 years ago and they love him. He is great with my babies and very professional!

I recommend Justin to everyone looking for a groomer. The first positive is he comes to your house. Then he gets to know your pup. Then he does a fabulous job grooming. My sweet Gibby is very hyper and not a fan of grooming. He loved Justin the minute they met.I give Justin and Primp my Pup ten stars.

So excited to have found Primpmypup. Our German shepherd has never looked better. Justin was so kind and gentle with our 10 year old Zoey. She smelled wonderful and her teeth were so clean! I highly recommend getting your pooch cleaned with Primpmypup!

Molly really bonded with Justin and loved her grooming experience. She came in super calm and looked ADORABLE! Justin is very patient and you can tell he loves what he does! Fantastic experience.

I would give this place zero stars now that Justin doesn’t work there anymore. I’ll be taking my dogs to his new shop. They won’t let anyone else clip their nails except him.

I get my pups groomed every 8 weeks. I asked to be put on a schedule. The first was great except he cut my Yorkies ear tip and he scheduled for 6pm…didn’t finish until after 10pm (I have 3 little ones). The next time I asked for an earlier time, to which I was given. The 3rd time I was not contacted for an 8 week so I called (multiple times) to make an appointment and after about 3 weeks got a call back wanting to make the appointment. He explained that his truck had broken down and couldn’t make it to any appointments. But we made a 3rd appointment. The 4th time after not hearing from them to schedule my 8 weeks, I called multiple times again. Never heard back so I had to get my dogs groomed by someone else. A week later, I get a text wanting to schedule my pups for a groom. I explained that I had I not heard back from him, and went ahead and used my old groomer (I moved and they are not near me any longer). His excuse this time was that he was on vacation for a week and then some of his friends took him out for his birthday. I asked that I be put on the schedule for 8 weeks, to which he gave a date. I then asked if I could get an estimated time frame to when he would come. I get a text back saying that their grooming service was not a good fit for me….because I need a time frame so I can be sure I am home??? Justin does a good groom, but very unprofessional in how I’ve been treated.

Justin did a fantastic job with my Yorkies. I had asked for a teddy bear face haircut and my boys came back looking so handsome and smelling so good! I would definitely recommend Justin, his love for fur babies and his talent for grooming them are second to none!

Primp my pup will be the best grooming you have ever had on your furbaby! You truly get what you pay for and CANNOT beat the convenience of them coming straight to your house! 10/10 recommend
