Very quick to answer the phone! We all been there, you have a problem and don't know who to call! Well this time it really worked out!!!! I called Primo Sewer cleaning and couldn't of been happier with my 1st choice after reading all the reviews they were all very good. They were on time, efficient and got the problem fixed in 10 to 15 minutes. With wonderful results. Very polite and personable! Won't hesitate to call again. Thank you again.

Completely unprofessional, called due to a leak coming from my cold line leading to my half bath. They started cutting pipes before confirming where the issue was. The toilet valve was replaced and the leak was coming from the sink. They cut off the valve and put to short of a fitting back on. Then proceeded to cut and “fix” the issue. While making a complete mess throughout my home. Water from the pipes they are cutting draining all over my floor and household items. When I saw what was happening I tried frantically moving things out of the way. Some items just ruined completely and I gave them my own personal buckets having my children help contain the chaos that seemed to be happening. They cut out copper and put back pex and shark bites. The hot and cold water are switched on the sink and the job is a complete mess. I could never sell my home without getting another person to fix the issue that started out small and turned into this large complicated issue. Drilling holes in places that don’t make sense. Rushing the job, when I asked what their name was, he answered my name is primo … so every staff member has the same name? The whole job was done terribly, and they charged a lot of money for the headache they left me with. So much more could be said, never usually write bad review but beware of this company, we were taken advantage of. If the job was to tough I would have preferred honestly instead of creating a issue that will cost me more to fix after paying for the issue to be fixed by this company.

Frank showed up first thing on a Sunday to take care of my toilet which was not draining. Given he had a small space to work with and old plumbing, he was persistent in trying to identify and fix the problem, including removing the toilet and cleaning out the main line. He was very professional, and also took the time to explain the how and whys of plumbing to me, just in case problems arise in the future. His hard work and intuition solved the problem, and the toilet is back in business again! Very thankful for a prompt reply, especially on a weekend.

BEWARE THIS GUY IS A CROOK. Do not use there services! Everyone else offered to WATER JET AND SNAKE LINES for 400$ like Rossi Rooter this guy said he would do 325 he came to house didn’t want to move anything on his own snaked line for 5 mins said it was fixed and left. Homeowner disabled and couldn’t go check if it was fixed noticed a week later still leaking sewage all over basement called this guy to do what he was paid to do and he refused with bunch excuses saying the homeowner flushed something again etc. THESE ARE THE BAD CONTRACTORS THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EDERLY AND DISABLED ! He will be fully reported how sad he can’t even stop and fix what he was paid to do in first place. When I msg him he blocked me. DO NOT USE! Many better professionals out there. !!!

They did a great job! They have been the ONLY responsive plumbers we have spoken with in the area and not only that it was a quick turn around for scheduling an appointment. They were extremely helpful and gave us many options for solutions without resorting to exorbitant and costly solutions- it was a huge relief to find some one who is ACTUALLY reliable and honest. Thank you guys!
