Very bad experience. I called and asked for a scan appointment. They asked me to come at the same day. We went later they asked us to wait. We waited for half and hour later when we asked they said we're not taking this scan here. Poor knowledge for a receptionists.

I am giving 1 star since zero is not allowed. I had paid for the service but the process is not at all streamlined. The test center called after a day, saying test samples got contaminated and they need samples again which I need to again provide, again spending my own time. Such a pathetic service. Never trust the fake ratings.

I had a disappointing experience at this scan center. The MRI they took was subpar and didn't meet the requirements. The staff seemed untrained in image screening, and the management was unprofessional. I had to wait a day for my report, and when I came back for a retake, I waited for an hour. The sales representative, Saravanan, was pushy and seemed more interested in getting customers to take tests at discounted prices rather than ensuring they received the necessary scans. The doctor, Hemanth, didn't seem to review the reports thoroughly, and the center's priority seemed to be generating business rather than providing quality service. Once you've paid, you're treated like a lab rat. Be cautious of the 4-star ratings, as they might be automated. When i retook the MRI they only provides the MRI film if they find an issue; otherwise, you won't receive it later i argued and got it. I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this center.

Pathetic experience by customer support receptionist Silviya . Highly impolite behaviour . Primex service was extraordinary. Except false promise and unempathetic behaviour, everything was good. Sivakumar was empathetic person.

I reached this place exactly at6.50 ..Center was opened received by Lakshmi tmt techinican with warm smile ..At that point I was little nervous ..she put me in Tradmill with ease..she was extremely pleasant..she is a assert in u r place… 100% referred by Dr.Chokkalingam Ortho consultant Thanku you Dr…

While the lab is good, clean and we'll maintained, the billing takes ages to be done. Its a very archaic practice of patient to fill up a form for every test before being billed. Thebilling clerks look like Govt servants working at lethargic pace and a patient is made to wait 15-20 mins for just billing. Pls improve this.

I think this diagnostic Center is never going to change. Most of the time the phone number is either switched off or out of service. Many times it has been escalated to the front desk but to my dismay the staff over there is evasive and unprofessional.

Extremely disappointing experience. My aged parents visited the place for an MRI. They made them wait for an hour and then later mentioned that the machine was not working and it would take an extra 15 min to fix it. It appears they have a bunch of fake 5 star reviews. Clearly very unprofessional and a blot on the Primex brand.

Good front staff. But my EEG test experience was not that great. The person taking EEG had a lot of interrupting phone calls and it did not feel like a lab but as if i was getting test at his house. I suggest it could have been a little more professional and hope my tests turn out accurate.
