⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Care From Dr Jeff & Team This was my first appointment with Dr Jeff, and I was genuinely blown away by the level of care from the moment I arrived. He came out personally to introduce himself, took the time to talk through my previous dental experiences, and made sure he clearly understood what I needed that day. Throughout the appointment he explained everything he was doing, which gave me a strong sense of confidence and trust. His dental assistant was incredible too — she just seemed to know exactly when I needed a little distraction, chatting about light, easy topics that helped me relax naturally. Even the reception staff were amazing. When I first called, they were friendly, professional, and made booking an appointment simple. What really stood out was the genuine care underpinning the entire experience. A couple of days later, Dr Jeff even phoned me to check that everything was okay and to remind me that if I needed anything, I could just call. I’ve seldom had a dental experience like this, and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else now. Even the pricing was very reasonable — a pleasant surprise. I’m so happy with the care I received and can’t recommend Dr Jeff and his team highly enough.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Martin and his team. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and professional, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Martin explained everything clearly, and his advice on flossing has already made a big difference for me. I’m considering a crown for one of my teeth and will be following up soon. I would absolutely recommend this practice—the attention and care I received were outstanding. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and that it’s not just about the money. After years of searching for the right dentist, I’m grateful to have finally found them.

My first experience with Prime Dental a couple of months back was with both Dr Jeff and Silvy and Casey and was a truly wonderful experience all round, beside the professionalism, it was topped off with such outstanding care, pertaining to the examinations and hygiene procedures. Front office Rosie and receptionist team at the time we’re all very warm and friendly also. If you're searching for all those precious qualities in Dentistry, then look no further! With all sincerity, this is my 2nd visit now, you'll be hard press to discover a ray of sunshine in the field of Dental Hygiene like Silvy, she being a true professional that is in a calibre all of her own. In all my years of dental hygiene, the type of attention to detail and care that Silvy offers is just unheard of in my prior experiences, she is a true Diamond and takes her professional care to a different level, when she is happy with the outcome you can leave the chair knowing you you've been in good hands and the warmth and friendliness to go with it you can't go wrong!. Silvy's Dental Assistant Tatiana, very attentive and Maddie, front office receptionist just make this visit a pleasure-able experience all round with their warm friendly natures.

I had a great experience at this dental clinic. Dr Joy was incredibly helpful and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. She made sure I felt relaxed throughout the entire procedure and took the time to answer all of my questions. I also appreciated that she offered all the possible alternatives and options so I could make an informed decision. Highly recommended!

Nervously went to my first appt with Silvy for a hygienist appt after recently changing Dental Practices. She was great! I left feeling happy with my choice to change to Prime Dental and to Silvy😊 Silvia was really professional - explaining everything whilst being extremely reassuring and considerate of my feelings. Between my hygienist appt with Silvia and my previous dental consult with Joy, I am confident that I have made the right choice with Prime Dental care.

Short notice I got to get a consult and temporarily repaired a crown to keep me going over Christmas until I can get to my usual dentist. Great advice on options so overall 5 out of 5 for me. Price was pretty reasonable too! Thanks team.

Jeff is an excellent dentist. He cleaned my teeth really well and made sure I was comfortable. he also helps with my family's oral health. He is a very thorough and approachable person. The clinic is very clean, and the cost is affordable. Thank you Jeff.

My dentist Jeff was great and I didn't feel like I had to ask him questions as he put me at ease through the whole process. I really appreciated his gentle approach and attention to detail.
