Primecare Dental Highland Park

Our experience with Primecare Dentist @ Highland Park has been excellent. This was our very first time with the clinic, and we visited to have braces put on for our son, who was 13½ at the time. From the very beginning, we felt we were in safe and capable hands. Dr Roy has been such a wonderful dentist. He took the time to explain the entire process clearly before starting and continued to explain what he was doing at each visit. He was incredibly engaging with our son, regularly checking in to make sure he was comfortable and encouraging him to ask questions. Both my son and I always felt listened to, reassured, and well-informed, which made what could have been a daunting first experience with braces feel calm and positive. I’d also highly commend the team that supports Dr Roy. They are consistently polite, friendly, and very accommodating. They’ve been great at helping manage changes to appointments when needed, and we really appreciate the regular email and SMS reminders, which make it easy not to miss appointments. We highly recommend Primecare Dentist at Highland Park to any family, especially parents navigating braces for the first time. An excellent team and a great overall experience.

Ria the dental assistant was great too, super helpful and friendly. Reception Heavenly was clear and straight to the point which made things very easy! Definitely recommend ☺️

Not a good dental experience, the price is not transparent, the reception was quoted $150 for teeth cleaning, then send me a bill was $500 after teeth cleaning, also they can’t give me a reasonable explanation. Not recommended.

As someone who's attended a variety of dental & orthodontic practices within Tāmaki, I've had a real mix of experiences. For the past 16 years, I've had to get the chips on my front teeth regularly fixed, so this was my first time getting veneers. Since I've had other work done on my front teeth, I was really nervous about the whole process. Dr Chase alleviated all those nerves through his warm & friendly demeanour, answering all of my (many) questions, taking time to explain the process, & then of course, by creating a perfect pair of veneers! They look so natural, feel super strong - 110% better than before. I am incredibly grateful to Dr Chase for his work & feel secure knowing that his handiwork will last me for years to come. Thanks for patience & light jokes to make me feel comfortable. Many thanks to the team too - Lina & Heavenly during my various appts :) By far, this has been my best dental experience ever & I genuinely hope to return for check-ups with Dr Chase whenever I’m back in NZ.
