Primecare Dental Highland Park

Our experience with Primecare Dentist @ Highland Park has been excellent. This was our very first time with the clinic, and we visited to have braces put on for our son, who was 13½ at the time. From the very beginning, we felt we were in safe and capable hands. Dr Roy has been such a wonderful dentist. He took the time to explain the entire process clearly before starting and continued to explain what he was doing at each visit. He was incredibly engaging with our son, regularly checking in to make sure he was comfortable and encouraging him to ask questions. Both my son and I always felt listened to, reassured, and well-informed, which made what could have been a daunting first experience with braces feel calm and positive. I’d also highly commend the team that supports Dr Roy. They are consistently polite, friendly, and very accommodating. They’ve been great at helping manage changes to appointments when needed, and we really appreciate the regular email and SMS reminders, which make it easy not to miss appointments. We highly recommend Primecare Dentist at Highland Park to any family, especially parents navigating braces for the first time. An excellent team and a great overall experience.

Friendly receptionist. Clean and bright area. Good parking area. Nice environment inside the dental room. Kind dentist and he did a good job.
