Aaron and Joe came to put Turf Protection film on all the windows at the front of our house. They both came on time and did an excellent job covering all the windows with a very high-quality Turf protection film. Their prices were reasonable as well. We are very satisfied and will recommend them anytime.

Prime Window Films' level of service is truly amazing in this day and age. Our appointment was for 8:30am and the installer arrived shortly after 8am. Their work is done professionally using quality products. The clean up after themselves and after they leave you don't even know they were there. (Except for your much improved windows. All this at a very competitive price. I highly recommend Joe and his team.

Joe was very professional. He took the time to explain details on what to expect with the window Tinting and how to clean the windows making sure not to use ammonia products. His attitude was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I would recommend Prime Window Films one hundred percent.

As we were installing our new turf we saw that our dining window was reflecting and burning the grass. We reached out to several companies and they would take in a job of a couple windows. Joe with prime window not only got back to us right away, but he was able to install the next day!! The job was fair and professional, thank you Prime team!!

This company would be amazing if they stood behind their products they push. I contacted Prime when I first purchased some turf in my backyard. Although Turtle Turf advised me to purchase screens, Prime advised me on a film over the screen. A year later and that film was a crinkled mess. I wanted some privacy tint in my bedroom so I contacted Prime again and while they were here I inquired to the film they placed on my window. They advised me that the film was bad and they no longer carry it because of this fact and that the manufacture warranty was only 1 year. I decided to replace the film with the new brand, one would assume that removing the old film they promoted and installed wouldn’t be a problem. Not the case I was charged $100 to remove faulty product they pushed and installed. This was absurd, but I already provided a down payment.

Joe was amazing. He is prompt, courteous, and professional. We were extremely happy with his work and will definitely use him again.

We used Prime Windows after getting several quotes for Security Film. Prime Window was not cheapest but the communication we had with joe while we process all information received was appreciated. Joe was professional, answered all our questions. The job was done quick, cleaned up everything when done. We would highly recommend Prime Window Films and working with Joe.
