I reached out to Prime Tyme on a Monday and was able to schedule my windshield replacement on Thursday morning with Jay. The price quoted was Reasonable & Affordable! He is also mobile which was a major plus for me. I had called around to so many places and was being quoted both arms and legs!!! Great communication, kind, and efficient work. My passenger window was broken into. I called Jay the next morning, and we scheduled an appointment later that afternoon. Jay called back and asked to come hours earlier (which was great for me). He was kind and replaced the window quickly. Would recommend again.

Really efficient. Great price and customer service from Crystal on the phone to the technician Jay. He calls before he heads out to you and I was in the comfort in my own home while he installed my windshield. Beats waiting at an establishment. I even took a well needed nap. Was done in about an hour or so. Love my new windshield! Thank you!!
