Prime TV Mounting

I contacted Shawn two weeks before the job to install a bracket and mount a TV in the bedroom. Day before we corresponded to verify time and I added a small job to hang some bathroom mirrors. First time there’s always some concern, will they blow you off, did they get a bigger job? Not Shawn, showed up, banged out both jobs at the agreed price. Will definitely be looking him up for future handyman jobs.

I rarely leave reviews but I am extremely compelled to leave this one. I previously used this company and even left a 5 star review so I reached out again to have more work done. If you’re a small business don’t waste your time. I was strung along for weeks about getting a quote for some work that I eventually had someone else do. A month later I was asked if I still needed the work done, I said no but I had other things I needed done so I asked about having a pendant light installed. When they finally arrived they didn’t have the proper tool to install it, and I was made to feel like it was my responsibility to have explained what was needed when I was never asked for pictures or explanations of what could be needed. This was after he changed the time that he could arrive that day 3 times and still showed up and hour and a half late. He then told me he would come Saturday with the right tool. Well after I had to reach out myself to reconfirm (which he did the day before) he then told me he wouldn’t be able to. I finally said I’ll have someone else do it and his only response was ok. I am extremely disappointed with how my time was completely disrespected. If I had just known he didn’t care about helping me I would have been more than happy to leave him alone and give my business to someone else.

They did a great job. Super friendly and punctual, didn’t leave a mess and I love the results

Nothing but amazing things to say about him. He did such a wonderful job hanging our custom floating shelves. He even fixed the first 2 shelves that were hung by someone else. Very efficient and friendly. Hiring him for the rest of our home projects!!

These guys did an awesome job mounting both of my tvs! They were pleasant, knew what they were doing, came out even though it was inconvenient for them, and everything looks great!

This company is amazing! Shawn hung up three of our tvs and mounted our tv stand. Nothing but great things to say about him. Super professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Poor service I paid $500 and had every wall mount of my own, was told that he would come back and didn’t ‼️‼️ didn’t hide any cords with installation $500 just to put them on the wall was such a rip off NO CORDS HIDDEN AT ALL

So glad I went with Prime TV. I looked at several places before getting our TV mounted and they were very prompt to respond and answer my questions. The installation was so clean and professional! I also got 2 game consoles mounted and everything looks very slick. Our setup had some extra challenges where we needed more outlets but it was all easily handled. Highly recommend!
