I delt with Jesse, great guy, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He drove 20 miles to my house to come have a look at my truck and give me an estimate. They did hail damage repair on my truck and did a great job. Not to mention the awesome detail wash job they did on my truck as well. And on top of all that goodness they had a $250 promotion where if you give them your business, Once it’s all done they give you $250. They kept their promise!

Couldn’t be happier with my truck! Aprils hail storm did a number on my pavement princess but Prime Time did an incredible job and made it look like it never happened! Nacho provided excellent customer service every step of the way. So pleased with the work they did.

The guys at Prime Time are top notch. Fast and reliable service and did everything they promised. They took my vehicle in, contacted my insurance company, and made the process easy. When I picked up my vehicle up it looked amazing and the best part, no deductible. Excellent service, quality work, and a great group of people. Highly recommend to anyone that needs hail repair.

So I would like to really take the time, to let everyone who has gone through a very difficult situation with any repair shop. Hands down is this not the best repair shop ever I have come across. Reid was outstanding and always very attentive to communication that we expressed. Reid always let me know what was going on with our vehicle, photos pictures were being sent and estimates were going through to our insurance so quickly and professionally. When we got our car back, the body work was stunning, I swear it looked like a brand new car. If anyone is having trouble not knowing what steps to take with a repair shop, or maybe you have a damage claim, whatever the case might be, Reid will take care of it. First I have to say their customer service should be rated 6 stars. Reid walked me through the process, very transparent about what they do and how they do it. My car had a lot of hail damage, it looked like a black golf ball; he was up front and honest about the timing, saying it would take 2-3 weeks. But it had taken a beating and I know they had a huge surge of cars after the hail storm in late October. Reid helped me with the insurance claim (of course they waived the deductible) provided a very nice rental car, delivered it to my home (at no cost to me) and kept me updated about the repair process. In return for my patience I got my car returned looking brand new, they even went through and touched up some rock chips and some other minor paint damage. I am please to have my car back looking beautiful. These guys are top notch, they went way above and beyond to satisfy a customer. I will be glad to use them again.

Once I texted Nacho that I needed hail repair, they send you a form to fill out about insurance and everything. Once I submitted that, they came to pick up my truck from my driveway and left me a rental free of charge a few days later. They had my insurance adjuster come to their shop so they could look it over with them to help work out the best quote. I think the whole process took about 2 weeks to get my truck back and it looks great! Looks like they even got the door dings out. My truck looks as good as it did brand new. Would definitely use them again in the future.

They did a Great job in getting all the dents out of my vehicle from the hail. I worked with Jesse and he always answered his phone when I called and he also called me when there were updates on my vehicle and my ins. He was always up front and honest. Great people to work with.I recomend this company, they are Awesome!!!

They repaired my car from the hail damage and I am absolutely in love with the repair my car looks brand new. Everyone was very helpful and extremely nice. Definitely will recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their car fixed.

Reid and his expert dent-fixing team kindly and with impressive skill made disappear about 50 hail damage divots on my Fiat 500X caused by the historic September 2023 hail storm in Round Rock. A few of the hail damage divots on my car were at difficult-to-fix geometries in the metal. Reid's master dent fixers had no problem taking care of these, because clearly they have seen and fixed it all when it comes to hail damage. Following a fortuitous meeting of Reid at a gas station with him having noticed my hail-damaged car right as I was about to drive away, he invited me to tour the shop in Manor and get the hail repair process started. Step 1 in the process was to waive my $1500 comprehensive deductible, which was indeed waived. I visited the shop a few days later and found the shop and the vibes of everyone who works there to be confidence-inspiring. Cameras everywhere, high-tech lighting to detect every last dent, and welcoming friendliness from Reid and the team. I then worked with Reid to file a claim on the ESurance app while at the shop. After a three-way call with the ESurance representative to confirm everything was in order, Reid kindly arranged for a rental car from Enterprise in Pflugerville to be picked up that day. Throughout the repair process, Reid provided frequent text message updates with pictures showing how the car was proceeding, which was much appreciated. The car is looking great now, which puts a bit of a spring in my step as I approach the car. Before, with the 50 hail damage divots, the car was a touch more challenging to appreciate. Should hail storm history repeat itself in the future in the Austin/Round Rock area, which seems likely, I know who I will be calling. Thanks Reid and team!

I had no plans on getting the hail damage fixed. But I decided to go ahead with the repairs. And after a few days they returned my truck to me with ALL of the dents removed. Glad I took a chance and went with Paintless Dent Repair. Very professional when dealing with the insurance company. Even when they kept making mistakes. Great Job fellas!
