All I can say, is what an absolute lifesaver! Had an unexpected issue with our car this arvo, with no idea who to call, I tried Charlie at Prime Spark first, and he was kind enough to drop by on his way home as he had knocked off for the day. We needed a part that wasn't a usual part that he carries, but he was kind enough to wait while I raced into town to get it. He installed it quickly, efficiently and was on his way. Extremely knowledgeable, very fairly priced and an all round top bloke. We cant thank you enough for coming to the rescue and fixing our car. 10000000/10 recommend!

Called Charlie for an electrical diagnosis, he came the very same day while I was expecting to wait for a few weeks, conducted a proper investigation, found the issue and fixed it straight away. Great service. Quick and efficient. Had an issue with my dual battery wiring getting voltage drop, therfore my DC2DC charger was not putting any charge into my dual battery. Within a couple of minutes he was able to diagnose the issue and proceeded to fix it. Mobile service, so came to me which was great as I'm traveling through town. Highly recommended!
