I was a stranded motorist and Prime Roadside came to my rescue! They are an awesome company! The driver Kevin came in a timely fashion! I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again!

Very helpful and quick. It was late after work and my car wasn’t starting. I knew it wasn’t my battery as I just had it replaced maybe 2 months ago. My car is old and used so I was thinking it was finally time and only called for a tow truck. On the phone he asked what was going on and said he can come take a look at it as I might not need towing. He suspected it was my alternator. It was 32 F and he came within 25 minutes, no later than what he said. He took one look at the hood of my car and turns out, all that was needed was to have a part tightened back into place. He also diagnosed other issues wrong with it but without additional charge. Thank you so much!! Especially for not trying to upsell like most car places do when women have issues with their cars - just honest and good business!

Overall incredible experience. Quick response times via phone call, very polite. Very time efficient, accurate response times and once arrived took less than 2 minutes . Absolutely no complaints, would recommend service!

Extremely thankful for his quick service! I am about 40 miles from home and storms are rolling in and he was able to get tired patched at back on! Also pregnant and due any day now and did not need the stress of finding a shop around here! Highly recommend! He is extremely friendly and educated.

I had a flat tire on my way home from work and called roadside assistance, expecting to wait at least an hour. To my surprise, they showed up in less than 10 minutes! The technician was friendly, efficient, and had my spare tire on in no time. I was seriously impressed by how quick and smooth the whole process was. Huge thanks for turning a stressful situation into a minor inconvenience!

I was left waiting for over three hours with no communication from the company regarding a lockout service request. Had I been informed of the actual timeline upfront, I would have cancelled much earlier, but instead I received inconsistent updates and constantly changing expectations. When the driver finally arrived, he appeared impaired and smelled strongly of weed. The odor was so strong that it lingered in my car after he stood beside it struggling to use the tools properly. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, unsafe, and deeply disappointing.

Our experience was absolutely terrible. I locked my keys in my car and my Roadside Assistance company sent Prime Roadside Assistance out. When he arrived, his “professional” equipment consisted of a wire that looked like a glorified coat hanger, and his “professional” method was to slide the wire inside the car and try to push the unlock button with it. (My husband even had to tell him which button that was.) We stood around watching this fiasco for a ridiculous amount of time, afraid that he was going to damage the car, and it became obvious he was not going to be able to get the car unlocked. We let him continue to try and my husband even offered his assistance, but he never got the car unlocked. Using professional-grade tools and safe techniques, we unlock vehicles efficiently … “. In our experience, nothing could be further from the truth.
