Today I had Jimmy remove a bad garbage disposal and re-pipe my kitchen sink. He was on time, friendly as usual, and expert in his craft. Jimmy is very knowledgeable with many years of experience as evidenced by his way to troubleshoot any problems he comes across . No leaks upon completion. Jimmy is who I ask for and recommend.

Kitchen Faucet install was credited towards my replumbing Needed with corroding pipes . House had prior water damage that was just patched up and knew it was a matter of time with pipes pitted , corrosion before another leak occurred . Re plumbing in walls took 2 days , went very smoothly, workers worked well together and respectful . Great company that educates and delivers great service ! Was able to shower each night was a bonus !! I did replace hot water tank with more updated one and water filter ! Thank you

Tarrance, was extremely professional and very helpful! We had a leak that involved our water service line and our irrigation system. He was able to repair it in an affordable and timley method. We had a reoccurring issue with our septic. The initial job was done by a different company and this time we were guided to get a plumber. So that's what we did! Prime Plumbing and Septic responded quickly and seamlessly got us scheduled. The communication between the client (us), the office and field techs is A+! We were texted when the appointment was made and then again when a tech was on their way and included pictures and name of the tech. We had four techs involved in our underground issue: Tarrance, Brandon, Alex and Pierce. A camera was run through the pipes and we we were kept updated the entire time. Each tech was professional, informative and super polite and nice. Not to mention their experience was obvious. When the job was done they cleaned up and thanked us! We received our invoice in email form that included images of the work performed. I mean wow! They are now my new plumber and septic people. Thank you!

I highly recommend Prime Plumbing. Ernie was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. He took his time explaining everything to me. He came out the next day to give me an estimate with a temporary fix and then the following day to do the installation. I will definitely use them in the future.

Jared was just great in every way--prompt, polite, friendly, professional, efficient and offered good advice for maintenance. This whole experience was top notch from the first phone call. I really don't think I could have asked for more

We were having trouble with our well so we called Prime. The lady that I talked to said she'd get someone out before 5pm if she could & shortly after that we had a call from their repair tech, Jimmy, saying he was on his way. He found the problem right away & had it fixed in no time. Even showed me the part he replaced & explained what was wrong with it. Both employees were courteous, professional & very helpful. The appointment setter was so nice & really helped us out. Jimmy was fast, efficient & did a great job.

Ernie was very professional, he took the time to explain to my husband and I what the issue is and that he would be able to resolve it. Very efficiently he did the job and then showed us the shower drain was now working properly. Also working with the scheduling team was a breeze the woman was very kind and scheduled me as soon as she had availability. Overall a great experience!

I was so impressed with how easy and smooth the whole process was. I called to have 2 toilets worked on and Manny was at my house in less than 2 hours. I had a clog he fixed no problem. Originally we were going to have him replace the stuff in the tank on the other toilet, but decided to get 2 new toilets installed instead. No problem! By the time Manny took the other toilets out, new toilets show up at my door. He installed them, look great, and work. Manny was professional and respectful. He cleaned up after himself. I will definitely keep Prime Plumbing number for next time.
