We had a leaking boiler just two days before Christmas and Craig came out straight away with Anthony to sort it. The job was handled efficiently and thoroughly, and the issue was fixed quickly and properly. We can’t thank Craig enough for his professionalism and effectiveness at such a stressful time. Prime Heating Solutions were able to fit us in to install our gas cooker on really short notice and charged a really reasonable fee, provided all the appropriate paperwork and took real pride in their work. They quoted for additional work we were curious about having done, and explained different options of achieving what was asked and were clearly looking to offer the option that was best for us, not just to upsell the most expensive option.
