Dustin and team did an amazing job completely redoing my basement bathroom. We did all new fixtures, new flooring and new drywall. Dustin was a great communicator and always provided updates during the entire project. His pricing was very fair compared to other contractors. The finished product is better than I could have expected! I will definitely be using Dustin for future projects.

Dustin at Prime Construction and Flooring did a great job of repairing two patio door frames that had rotting wood at their base (see pictures). He came out and gave a complete assessment of what was going on and his plan to make repairs - along with a quote. When he arrived to do the work he reviewed his plan with us and asked if we had any questions. During his repairs he kept us informed of his progress. While working on the second door frame he uncovered an unexpected situation and suggested two approaches to correct it - giving us the pros and cons of each choice so we could make an informed decision. We were very happy with the completed work (see before and after comparison pictures) and staying within his quote. During his two days of work he arrived on time, kept the work area organized, and cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend him.

Just had a work on Sat, very friendly. Nice work done professionally and very tidy, very fast. The old setup is too old to have any adaptive options. Needs to cut the pipes and make a new access panel. Parts were selected from nearby home depot with very cost effective considerations. Not like some company will only use their own and charge you $500 for those only $200. Recommend.

I recently hired Prime Construction and Flooring to install 600 square feet of laminate Shaw flooring, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Their team went above and beyond from start to finish. Before the installation, they removed the existing sheet vinyl, patched all the holes in the concrete subfloor, and leveled it to ensure a smooth and durable finish. The attention to detail really stood out. The laminate flooring was installed beautifully with clean lines and seamless transitions. In addition to the flooring, they also reinstalled a new toilet and vanity. Both were installed professionally and look great. The crew was punctual, respectful of my home, and left everything clean and tidy once the job was done. Dustin was amazing. We had our basement finished and it was a great experience. We made many pivots during the project and created a moving target. Dustin still knocked it out of the park. A pleasure to work with and we will be using him for any future renovations we do.

Dustin removed wallpaper and painted my laundry room and it turned out great! He also replaced the light fixture, smoke alarm, light switches and plates. I also needed bathroom ceiling fans replaced, which he did. He was very polite, thorough, and did a great job!
