Prime Choice Family Clinic & Urgent Care

Visited Prime Choice today for a checkup. I was a bit nervous after a bad experience at another clinic, but this place was completely different. Staff was polite, the doctor explained everything clearly, and the medicine started working by evening. Clean facility and overall great service.

I've brought my family here for multiple accidents (a thumb sprain, 2 broken arms) and multiple illnesses and quick COVID tests. The inside is very clean, the staff is very professional and helpful. I also love it because we can usually get in and out very quickly. I highly recommend them and have trusted myself and family's care for years.

Visited this office on September 19th and this place lacks communication. I had a blood clot on my finger that was a few days old and I wanted it popped/drained and that 3 minute procedure was over $245! Unfortunately this was not disclosed to me before the procedure, had I been made aware of the cost I would have opted not to move forward, pay my co-pay and left their offices. It would be nice for healthcare providers to be upfront with their patients, you know, common courtesy? Hindsight is always 20/20 and I will not be revisiting these offices for any service.

Very bad experience. I was on the way for annual health checkup and received call about Provider unavailability. They should have informed atleast the previous day or an hour before the appointment. I was on Fasting for blood work and had to return with out consultation. The so called provider should have planned ahead. The front office lady should have informed ahead of the appointment time. 10 mins before the scheduled time would not work. Busy persons avoid this facility.

Staff were nice enough but my wife saw a doctor for less than 5 minutes and we were just over $300 which seems excessive. The consultation didn't involve any scans, no treatment and no medication prescribed. It was literally a chat for less than 5 minutes then a bill.

I was looking for a primary and glad I came here. The last one I found did not do labs in house. This place does in house labs and was super easy to get an appointment. That is one of the things I look for. Going to the doctor is not fun so the easier it is to get in, the better.

Dr. Swami is one of the best doctors I have ever met. I love the amazing hospitality and convenience. All the other doctors are amazing as well. Dr. Shah helped me a lot as well

The practitioner barely came within five feet of me and I had a nose infection, nothing that serious. She seemed very confused and seemed like she wanted me to just self-diagnose. She then prescribed the wrong medications that had zero effect on the issue. Had to go back to see another doctor. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Absolutely awful My girlfriend went here for an issue regarding pain in her chest and torso. She was met with condescending behavior, disregard of symptoms, a lack of any medical recommendations, a lack of clarity regarding payment and services rendered, and for her appointment to be treated as if she were an inconvenience to the employees. Ultimately to be told that there was nothing they could do and to be told she was “wasting their time” . She went to a different medical center the next day , was taken seriously and given diagnoses and treatment options.

Extremely Disappointing Experience where I had to resolve the problem, the clinic didn't care about my health I had a blood test done at this clinic, and they informed me that the results would be available the next day. However, after waiting for several days without any updates, I contacted the clinic multiple times. Each time, they claimed they hadn't received the results from the laboratory. After more than two weeks of waiting and numerous follow-up calls, I was advised to contact the laboratory directly. To my astonishment, the lab informed me that the clinic had failed to fill out the necessary forms, and as a result, they couldn't process my blood sample. This meant that no tests were conducted, and I had to return to the clinic to have my blood drawn again. What frustrated me the most was the clinic's lack of communication and accountability. They made no effort to inform me of the issue, and I was left to resolve the problem on my own. This level of negligence and disregard for patient care is unacceptable. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering this clinic.
