Prime Autos - Alignment Service Took my car into Prime Autos for an alignment and they were awesome. Got me in quick, explained what was off without the technical jargon, and showed me the before/after specs. Price was fair and they didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. Car drives straight now, no more pulling or wheel shake. The techs clearly know what they’re doing and the front desk was friendly too. Hands down one of the best mechanic shops I’ve been to. From the moment I walked in, they were professional and transparent about everything. They diagnosed my car quickly, explained the problem in a way that actually made sense, and gave me fair pricing with no hidden surprises. The work was done efficiently and my car feels better than ever. It’s hard to find honest mechanics these days, but these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend.

I brought my car here in October 2025 to have the splash guard underneath my vehicle repaired. Before bringing it in, I called to make sure they could fix it, and they assured me they could. Within the last week, I took my car to another shop for routine maintenance, and the technician told me that the splash guard had been held on with zip ties instead of being properly repaired. I was never told they didn’t have the proper parts or hardware to fix it correctly. Had I known, I would have taken my car somewhere else. The splash guard came completely off while I was driving and flew into traffic, creating a dangerous situation for me and other drivers. I’m very disappointed that I paid for what I believed was a proper repair, only to find out months later that it was a temporary fix I was never informed about. I expected honesty and a safe, professional repair, and unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.

Mack is the owner of this shop and I can tell you - he is an honest man that does not cut corners. Him and his team do the job right the first time and give a very fair price. He price matches and gives the best prices in town because he wants to earn your business and keep you as a client that will come back if a new issue arises. He is chill, humble, and down to earth. There have been times i have even stopped by and we just chatted like friends. Haha. But yes. He solved the issues with my car and always gets me in and out - and back on the road. Amazing service… went in for an alignment with a basically broken car that had no air conditioning in the middle of Summer in Texas. They noticed it was not producing A/C & on their own, immediately investigated & identified the cause, and were very transparent & fair with the repair costs. I was convinced that no one could identify the issue with the A/C when i first brought it in so i didn’t even ask for this - i am very impressed by their level of customer service and understanding for the situation i am in. Their prices are very good & i will 100% come back with every future car issue that I have. Love this shop!!
