Nico was AMAZING!!! He came out to fix our Dryer and he was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, kind, quick and professional! Would 100% recommend Nico and Prime Appliance and Repair and will absolutely be a repeat customer (if/when we need to fix the washer and dryer again). Also Nico came out within an hour which was amazing! Five stars!!!

We had a great experience with Prime Appliance Repair. We used their services twice - first time with the dishwasher and the second time with garbage disposal. Azar and Niko are very friendly and reliable. I scheduled Prime to deal with a problem with my dryer. Nico arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, returned with the proper parts and completed the work quickly. I thought I had another issue which turned out not to a problem at all. No additional charge. Nico was so responsive. highly recommend both Nico and Prime.

Azer is an amazing technician! My Thermador freezer stopped freezing, and he came out quickly to diagnose the issue. He ordered the part, and it arrived in no time. He fixed it fast and got my fridge working like new again. Prime is truly the best company – fast, reliable, and professional. Highly recommended!

Prime appliance was able to come out the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem with my clothes dryer. My technician was courteous and knowledgeable and made me aware of preventative maintenance on my dryer. I highly recommend them!

These guys were so fast both Azar and Nico. Came within hours, I ordered the part overnight and they were back to install it almost as soon as the part came up. They live on the Lake Travis area so a great resource out here. Thank you for the washer repair.

These guys are fantastic! Our washing machine broke down last week and flooded our laundry room. Azer and Nico came out and fixed the water pump / valve in under 30 minutes. They’re super knowledgeable and we will definitely call them any time we have an issue with our appliances. Highly recommended!
