Primary Event Rentals

I absolutely love working with Primary Event Rentals. As a wedding planner I am always looking for different designs and vibes and they have SO MANY options! (see pics of just some events in the last couple months) The warehouse is robust and visiting to set up mock ups is so easy. They are great to work with, I always recommend them to my clients!

Lori and her team are absolute rock stars. I love that they are a family company so when they work your wedding you are family too. From start to finish working with Lori was an absolute joy. She helped guide me through her inventory to choose exactly what I wanted while still staying within budget. Lori even special ordered things she did not have that I wanted on our special day. Day of the wedding her team worked with my family to get everything set up perfectly. Every last detail was accounted for and it all went off without a hitch. We used Primary Event Rentals for a destination wedding in Estes Park, and they were incredibly easy to work with. They made the order process as smooth as possible, helped answer my questions about the area since we had never been there before, and were flexible on drop off and pickup instructions. What a wonderful company to rent from! They had absolutely everything we needed for our wedding in April. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful it all was! Scott went above and beyond, delivering us heaters the morning of, due to unexpected snow! We highly recommend them to anyone and everyone for any type of event!!

We rented goblets, black wine glasses, napkins, couches, loveseats, and the two chairs we sat in as the wedding couple from Primary. We originally saw Primary at the Denver Wedding Expo and the tablescape they had was very close to the aesthetic I was going for. Their site had lots of great options and Lori was awesome to work with. She let us know that even if there was something we wanted that we didn't see on the site she could try and make it happen. Their delivery and pickup was prompt, even with a very tight pick-up window. So happy with their service and I highly recommend Lori if you need wedding day rentals!

We worked with Primary Event Rentals for a Celebration of Life event with over 600 guests, and I couldn’t be more impressed with Scott and his crew. As the event approached and the forecast called for extreme heat, Scott jumped into action without hesitation. He made sure our guests would be comfortable by providing an additional tent, fans, and swamp coolers—all on short notice. Communication was smooth, everything was delivered and set up on time, and the level of service was truly above and beyond. Highly recommend Primary Event Rentals for any large-scale event!

We rented drinking glasses from Primary Event Rentals for our wedding on 6/1/2024 and they were beautiful! The staff was very responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely be reaching out for any other rental needs!

Rented some benches for our outdoor wedding ceremony. Primary Event Rentals had no issues with delivering and picking up the benches on the same day, and the timing was excellent - not too early, not too late. The benches also looked beautiful while serving their purpose. I would rent from them again!
