Primagate Appliance Repair

I contacted the company to fix my broken dryer. isaac came out and said he fixed the issue in about 30 minutes. Then proceeded to charge me a ridiculous amount. I tried to use the dryer 6 days later: it didn't work and he told me I should have contacted him sooner. He said he was only available a week from today. I constantly tried to contact him to get a time of when he would be coming and he never replied. I asked for a refund and he refused. Now I am stuck with a dryer that I have to pay someone else to fix while waiting a week for him to respond. Please save yourself the heartache and avoid using him.

My technician was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He not only answered all my questions with patience and clarity but also shared valuable tips on maintaining my washer and dryer to extend their lifespan.
