We’re so thankful for Pride HVAC. Our AC was making an awful noise and they came out quickly and took care of it—no charge. They also found that our upstairs mini-split had been installed incorrectly, cleaned it up, made adjustments, and it’s worked perfectly ever since. We ended up having them install another mini-split because the old one wasn’t sized right. Their price was way better than other quotes, the install was fast and professional, and it looks great. We joined their seasonal maintenance plan and now our house stays consistently comfortable—and our power bill is lower too. Service techs are professional and helpful, office staff is very fast in communicating schedules, etc.. Couldn’t be happier!

Absolutely love this company!! Cannot recommend them highly enough. Their service is superb from start to finish. The team is incredibly efficient and the technicians have always been knowledgeable and personable. They genuinely care about solving the problems quickly and courteously. Anytime we had an issue, even on a Sunday afternoon, they responded promptly and had technician out to our home within an hour. He was able to diagnose and solve the issue right away. Where do I start- I guess by wiping the tears away. My situation was dire and severe. I got SIXTEEN total quotes on my upstairs AC unit. Every single one said I needed a replacement. I am a mother of 4. I work full time. My husband is a farmer and we are small business owners. We couldn’t afford it. We went without an AC for over 3 years praying about how to afford a $9500 new system. Then I called Pride. Randomly from seeing him on Facebook. I told myself this was the final quote before I signed a loan. And let me tell you- he spent more time than all 16 other guys. Big guys in the area. He let me watch. He talked to me each step. And that man got my ac working. After THREE YEARS of it not working. After SIXTEEN no’s, Pride gave me a yes. This was such an enormous relief to me that yesterday I couldn’t even finish work. I cried and praised the Lord and called everyone I knew that knew about my situation. It’s like a miracle. Dramatic, yes..but justified veryyyy yes. I will use Pride and ONLY Pride forever. He’s the only person I want on the job and the only person I will ever trust when it comes to my money, my hvac, and my family to be taken care of properly. I am so thankful there are no words. He just changed the rest of my year and I’m looking forward to being able to stop saving every dime- because it’s fixed. THANK YOU!!!!!! If you’re on the fence and reading reviews to see who you should go with- get one last quote like I did and call Pride. May just save you thousands of dollars like it just did me. Forever loyal to this company and these people. A million stars and then a million more.

Called on the weekend for service no one answered the phone had to call another company to come get my system back up and running. We own a condo and weekend service if very Valuable to us we could not depend on this company on a Friday evening.
