Price Busters Pool & Spa

Good people doing honest business. I have an older spa that came with the purchase of my house. I've visited Price Busters at least a half dozen times for general supplies, with parts to be cleaned or describing issues and hoping to get solutions. I'm very stubborn about maintaining things myself and they've always been great about helping me figure out the right part and telling me how best to get the job done. They have never tried to up sell me something I didn't need or gotten frustrated with me asking too many questions. Prices are very reasonable as well. All in all, I highly recommend their services.

I had a company come to my home, inspected my spa, I assume attempted to start it as I was not home when they came and said my pump was seized. They charged me 135.00 just for coming buy and said I could apply it to the 1000.00 it would cost to replace the pump as mine was obsolete and was not being manufactured anymore. I emailed Price Busters my issue and described the sound the pump made when turning it on. They asked me to bring it in to their shop. Technician hooked it up, new exactly what it was replaced the part on my pump. 20 min. In and out pump reinstalled, spa runs like new. Honest guys..Honest prices.. and got my spa up and running after 2 weeks of run around.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Price Busters for all and any spa or pool needs..I found my place for my needs. I needed a new top side control for my 2007 cal spa. These guys researched and found me a used one. I installed it this morning and everything now works like it should. Good prices and great customer service. Will definitely use them again when I need something.

Very experienced staff and great prices. We are new homeowners with an in ground pool and they have been invaluable to us. We've had a new pump and new filter installed at a great price and it's been amazing. We also buy all of our chemicals and other misc pool needs at great prices here. Highly recommend.

This has been my “Go To” shop for spa and pool repair parts for years now. They have saved my bacon on more that one occasion and always seem to have hard to find parts on hand. Recently, Michelle (owner) helped me out via phone and text in finding some odd fuses, not available elsewhere, for a very old spa heater. She checked her inventory and got back to me within minutes to tell me she had them on hand. And the pricing was beyond competitive. Great inventory, even better customer service, and astounding pricing. Call these folks first if you are chasing a pool or spa issue and are in need of a specific part. They will not disappoint!

Remember when you were a kid and you'd go into a store and the people in there were passionate, knowledgeable, and professional and they would take an interest in making sure their customers were informed, not overcharged, and happy? I get tired of the minimum wage person I meet at most places these days. They don't have a lot invested in your experience, they don't have much knowledge, or they're just apathetic. Price busters pool and spa is old school, instead of selling me a brand new part they rebuilt my spa heater and saved me $100. While I was waiting I spoke with the owner about chemicals and learned I was using the wrong ones. He helped me find the correct chemicals and gave me a pamphlet He had written about taking care of your water safely. I was so impressed with these guys! I will never go anywhere else for chemicals, parts or spa advice. Wow!

Quick and thorough service visit. Shot my straight on options and price. Up and running that day.

This place use to be the best! But I’ve come to find out the new owner don’t care. Will well you use part at new price and not stand behind there work.

Pricebusters is simply awesome! I had an extremely difficult spa repair that consisted of numerous visits, diagnoses, and leak fixes and now after weeks of effort it works perfectly!
