Lashes last less than 2 weeks and when I went in on the 14th day they made me pay the full price to fill my lashes. The first time I went They felt like they were sliding on my eye line and it was constantly itching. The second time I would blink or do my makeup and they would fall out. The glue is sitting in chunks on the middle of my lashes and my eyeline it hurts and its extremely uncomfortable. Not worth the money. This was my first time getting lashes. I dont know if this is how its supposed to be. But im definitely not going back. Its not worth the price for all this.

I found pretty lash about three years ago now, and I have never gone anywhere else, and for someone as picky as me when it comes to eyelash extensions that’s saying a lot. I have been too both locations and always been happy, however Andrea is my favorite, at the SoJo location, she slayyyyys every time 💕💕💕💕

Lashes always look amazing! Never have fall out or problems. They’re easy to get into for an appointment. The staff is very professional and respectful! If there’s any issue with my lashes ever, they are always happy to fix it! Highly recommend! I’ve been to a lot of Lash Studios and this one is my favorite!

I’ve been here about 5 times to have Andrea do my lashes, she always does amazing, is very quick, and they last very well.

Worst experience ever! Do not go here, if I could leave a zero star review I would. They made me hold a fan to dry my own lashes when I paid them for my services. They were quick to take me in earlier than my appointment time. I felt a little weird when they made me sign a paper saying if I sued them that I'd pay for their lawyer fees and my own. They then had me lay down on a table next to another lady with no privacy. I closed my eyes and with no warning she covered my eyes in a wash and flooded my eyes with water. She wasn't wearing gloves the entire time as she applied my lashes and then waxed my brows. It all turned out to my liking, but my eyes seriously hurt. Later that day my eye was watering and red. I thought some sleep would help it heal a bit. Upon waking up my eye was red, swollen, puffy, watery, and vision was blurry. Of course I freaked out and went to a doctor. Long story short doctor said my eye has an infection! I got an infection for unsanitary application with no gloves. My eye stings and is all red, doctor said i could have lost my eye without treatment. It hurts to touch anywhere on my face near my eye. I went in to get my eyelashes done and eyebrows waxed for my birthday to look and feel pretty. I came out with an eye infection and looking like a zombie with one red swollen eye. I'm on antibiotics for the infection which stings! I'm not happy with this service as well as my card kept getting denied even though I had 800$ in my account. My cards are brand new and work fine everywhere else, even earlier that day it worked fine. I wouldn't waste your money here for an eye infection and then doctor fees.

Was very detail-oriented and meticulous with application. Showed me what she thought would look best and did exactly what she said she would do. I'll be back here for sure!

I had a lash lady I used to go to but I had a hard time getting my extension fills due to her schedule. I tried this lash studio because they had next day appointments available and I'm so glad because I loved the experience. -Easy and next day booking -Many different lash options to choose from. -They had soft massage beds that were so comfortable that I fell asleep. 🫣 -My technician was very sweet and soft spoken. She also had a gentle touch. -She was meticulous with lash placement. -The whole experience was soothing and comfortable. I will 100% be returning

Such a great experience from booking that to the actual service- they got me in within a couple hours same day, greeted me, I was so relaxed during the service, very nice facility, clean and relaxing, love the final product! Will be going back!

I have been coming here for over 2 years now. I have had issues with the irritation from the glue but nothing that doesn't go away. I usually just go with the sensitive glue next time. I absolutely love it here. They are always quick to get me in and are very nice every time. It is a very welcoming and relaxing experience, especially after work. If I ever have any problem at all, they are quick to help with a solution and get me in as quick as possible and make sure I am taken care of. I have referred my mom and sister here as well and they love it. Thank you Pretty Lash Studio for always helping me feel beautiful !! :) <3

Review from a first-time customer as well as someone new to getting their eyelashes/brows done. The one positive: The person who did my brow wax and brow/eyelash tint was exact and technical. The rest of the negative: I called the day before and they got me scheduled for 10:15. I didn't get my appointment started until 10:35 when I had already come early for the appointment. Even though I had called ahead and booked what I had wanted, they tried to send me out without my full service that I had booked. When it was my time, I was directed to my spot, my eyelashes were 'taped', is best way I can describe it, and then left alone for what seemed like 20 minutes.... I was very new to this experience and none of it was explained to me which was unpleasant. They seem to be very understaffed. The prices on the website do not all match the prices at their store. I had to pay more than I budgeted for the three services I wanted. In conclusion, the service itself is good quality but there are a lot of drawbacks with the management, pricing, and overall experience. I think next time I'll just do it at home myself.
