Found a local bakery that provides beautiful letter cakes. We ordered one week prior to the event and it was ready and fresh. The cakes are not overly sweet, instead very light in flavor. We ordered pistachio and vanilla for our flavors and requested something festive for a new year birthday. Great job communicated with us well. Will order again. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS!

I ordered this cake for my birthday and I was so obsessed! As you can see from the pictures, it is a beautiful work of art! Beyond that- the frosting is creamy and lightly sweet, the cake is delicious and moist, and I had a wonderful experience with the owner. You can tell she puts her all into it! Couldn’t be happier. I love her style of cakes, so much texture and love the creativity.

I ordered the mini heart cake for my teenage daughter and she loved it! It was a beautiful cake and the perfect size for her and her 5 friends. The customer service was great, the presentation, the embellishments, I just wished the cake was a bit sweater. My daughter said the macarons where delicious 😋. Will be ordering again soon.

Requested a Chicago bulls theme cake, the birthday guy like the look of the cake, but no one like the taste, everything was stale the pretzels, whoopers, even the cake had a weird texture (spongy). There were about 2 fresh strawberry & the other were old & rotten, also the strawberries I feel were very small for a 32 year old man. It was an expedited order and it very much showed! We literally only did a taste test and had to toss the cake in the trash. What a waste of my money! The two stars are for the customer service.

Amazing service, very responsive! Quality cake as far as taste and presentation! My mom was in love with her birthday letter cake and the cupcakes! Both the almond and confetti cake cupcakes were delightful. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you!!

Beautifully decorated, great tasting cakes, macaroons, and cupcakes! So delicious! I was so impressed by the pictures when I found Pretty Baked online. When I received my order, I was even more impressed. Easy to order online. Fast communication, information, and updates. I've found our new baker for every occassion. PRETTY BAKED! I loved my cake. My cake actually stole my spotlight. When it was time to wish me a HAPPY 50th BIRTHDAY and the PRETTY BAKED CAKE was revealed, all eyes were on the cake. I received so many compliments about how unique(exactly what I was going for) the cake was and delicious. The cake tasted just as amazing as it looked. My mom wants one for her 70th. So, I will see you soon.

Go get a sample taste before buying. The cakes she advertised had me immediately choose her to make my niece cake. However I felt like the toppings was to big. And rushed maybe? Especially the bottom 4 strawberries we’re huge. The 5th pic is more what I expected for a 2yr old party. Now the main reason for my 2 stars was because nobody liked the cake. The texture didn't seem fresh it tasted like a dry sponge. The icing was ok. Unsure if something went wrong or if this is just how it is and just wasn't our preference cause she has great reviews.
