If I could give 6 stars, I would. Preston at Preston’s Heating and Cooling is absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. He replaced our heat pump with a super quiet, variable-stage unit, and also installed an attic fan to help with heat accumulation during the summer. Both upgrades have made an immediate, noticeable difference. His communication is exceptional. He is clear, proactive, and genuinely helpful at every step, so I always knew exactly what was happening and when. He is incredibly prompt, showed up when he said he would, and works efficiently without cutting any corners. Preston is always courteous, professional, and simply a pleasure to have in our home. The level of service honestly felt above and beyond. He took the time to explain options, made sure everything was done right, and left the work area spotless. And the pricing? Not even close. His quote was outstanding compared to multiple competitors, with no pressure and no surprises. If you’re looking for someone you can trust for HVAC work, Preston is the person. I give my highest recommendation possible. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and will be sending friends and family his way.

Preston is a very nice guy - someone you’d trust in your home for sure! Price was fair and the work was done neatly and efficiently. He honored all time and work commitments. Preston installed a humidifier in my house for a really great price. He was very friendly, and the price was very fair compared to the other quotes that I got. I can breathe way better and I sleep much better with the humidifier.

Thank you Preston!!! Preston was prompt to show up after I called about a leak in my HVAC drain line. At the time I didn’t know if it could have been the thawing of frozen coils. Preston helped me troubleshoot prior to coming out to try to save me time and money if the fix was simple. After he arrived he quickly identified a clog in the drain line and repaired just as quickly! I would highly recommend calling Preston if you have any HVAC needs. No additional upsells or pressure. A very fair price for his time and the repair!!

Amazing job by Preston's HVAC team. The pricing was amazing. Installation was seamless. Service was spot-on and professional. I believe in this small business because 1) Preston is a veteran, actually still a reservist, 2) Shoots it straight, and 3) Prices are so fair because he's not those big companies that have all that marketing to pay for. The price delta between what he did and what I was quoted was > $15K. Consider giving Preston's team a shot. You won't regret it.
